I have been going here for about 7 months, and this is my favorite dispensary in PDX, they always have new products, great deals, and a fantastic knowledgeable staff on hand to answer questions and a huge selection of flowers, edibles and stuff. If your in the area stop in, purple organics will have something to make your day great!!!! Thank you purple for always having what I need.

   Went in to buy a 1/2oz, they gave me two containers. One container was empty, called them right away, turned the car around & returned to the store, they looked at the container, apologized for the inconvenience, filled it with the correct amount and gave me a free pre-roll.

4. This is a hidden treasure! I will be telling more people about this place, for sure! They didn’t have much in the edible category for recreational but what they did have was so yummy! I tried cake balls for the first time…the BEST most affective edible I’ve eaten so far and not a lot of places carry it. Seriously, after eating the edibles from Purple Organics, I was laying there with no pain, and no anxiety, wishing I could give this place a high five!

15. We pulled over on a whim on our way to our usual dispensary, and were altogether surprised and delighted from the minute we stepped through the door.

    We were greeted in a smallish dispensary by a supremely friendly woman, who, after helping us, exchanged witty and friendly banter with the regular customer behind us. Right away we felt super comfortable, and dug the atmosphere.

    The main room has a nice display of both flower and bongs/pieces (which, by the way, are super reasonably priced) and was staffed by an awesome bud tender. It was our first time in, and we’d also just gotten a new apartment and were celebrating, so he gave us the best deal we as stoners have ever received. In fact, the deal was so good we thought we might be getting ripped off–it was too good to be true!– but knew we were wrong when we smoked some of the best kush of our lives.

    The bud they sold us (blue dream) was amazing quality, and we’ve been riding high on it for days. Quality, potent, smooth, aromatic, and uplifting. We then looked online, and saw that they regularly carry all of our absolute favorite strains for the best price we’ve seen.

    We’ve been around the market all throughout Portland, and were legit blown away by this place.

16. despite pre-rolls being a little on the messy side (it’s 5 bucks of good stuff so can’t complain too much). I frickin LOVE this place. who would’ve known a tiny place would have such a great selection!
    all the fellas are super awesome and chill to chat with you when not rushing. love how they let you look at your product and actually ENGANGE in conversation instead of just saying “that’s good. I liked it…” (UGH!!!). I’m here weekly and for a good reason! Keep it up guys! B)

From offering to help work with a grower to help with testing fees and flexibility on that. Great quality products. Awesome prices. One of the best dispensaries I’ve been to yet. I was surprised I hadn’t been here I always pass it down 99 right when I get off the 5 freeway so I stopped by when I noticed a sign spinner holding a sign that said $5 pre rolls and they are the best darn pre rolls I have had from a dispensary in a long time. I’ll be stopping after work everyday now keep it up guys.

22. Stopped in for the first time today and I’m so glad that I did. It’s a right turn on 64th if you’re heading south on Barbur/HWY 99 and you’ll see it immediately by the A-frame and green cross in the window. It was great meeting the owners who were so friendly and answered every question I had, and I was very impressed with their selection of medibles. Their full gram Golden XTRX cartridges are $30 and the half grams are only $15. Cheapest half grams in town. I even got a complimentary lollipop and milk chocolate flavored rolling papers! (my favorite!) I look forward to becoming a regular here. I suggest going in and checking this place out for sure, especially if you are looking for Organic flower! Blue Dream was the best I’ve ever had and definitely felt like 26% THC! Thank you Purple Organics, I will be seeing you often!

23. I wish that I could give more stars! This has become my new favorite shop in all of Portland! The price is right. The selection is great and the staff are top notch. Each time I go in they have a new recommendation for me. A new strain to try, the newest edible. The recently started having daily deals! I STRONGLY recommend going in to see them TODAY!

46. This place is sooo super easy to get to; it’s at the intersection of 99W and I-5, with lights and turn lanes, making for a true grab-n-go experience.
    The staff are really friendly and totally open and candid. More importantly, however, they really do have something for everyone, from concentrates/oils/cartridges to pre-rolls and, of course, flower, which brings me to the most important thing for a weed shop to have: options. These guys offer an extensive top-shelf to economy selection, with 1/2s starting at 36$ after taxes and my veterans discount.
    I’ve been to all the other nearby shops, as well as others throughout PDX and OR and Magic Castle is my favorite. True story.

47. I was treated to a wonderful evening by the “A Team”. After returning from hectic travels to the nether regions of this country I found pleasant respite at Purple Organics. The friendly folk directed me to some wonderful buds to enliven and enhance my evening, and even shared the inside scoop on some really good deals they had coming soon. When the visit was over, I walked away with a few types of wonderful buds, was relieved at the quick and friendly service on a Friday night, and will most certainly be returning to this hidden treasure in southwest Portland. I highly recommend Purple Organics.

57. Purple Organics is a great shop that I have started becoming a regular at. The staff is great (shout-out to Anthony – he has great customer service; he even remembered my name), the service and prices are great, and most importantly the quality of the flower will keep you coming back.

    The biggest and only downfall to the store is the small parking lot (as mentioned in other comments).

    My advice to anyone in the area looking for a shop, give this store a try because more than likely you will want to go back after your first experience.

So we came here to get advice on cartridges my girlfriend could use on the pen she bought we went here around 8pm May 5th ( we wanted to get the cartridge for cinco de mayo) when we entered the front desk lady was super nice but the budtender didn’t say really anything to us my girlfriend explained her concern and he said cartridges are down there and pointed down. So she said well I have this vape pen and I want to get a cartridge suitable for this pen so he said any of them. Then she said I’m looking for a higher cbd cartridge and he said he wasn’t sure if they had any. Overall he has no desire to help us at all we felt as if we’re supposed to know what we want exactly when we went their for recommendations which the us tender had no desire to help us with extremely frustrating since it was our first visit we didn’t end up purchasing anything because he didn’t provide any information about any of the cartridges. I wish I could give 0 stars for this experience

66. First, the cleanliness of the shop and quality of the cannabis is some of the best I have seen around. (I love the Blue Dream they have!) Secondly, the prices are very competitive with many dispensaries I have been to in the Portland and Tigard area. Thirdly, the employees are knowledgeable, and very friendly. This is my new favorite shop and I recommend that anyone check it out. It’s worth the trip!

76. Small and cold lobby. White walls, kinda plain jane. Friendly greeting. The presentation upon entering the bud room, was even chillier than before. Cold. Plenty of people will enjoy that, especially with the summer coming. Although the feeling was chilly itself, very little interaction from the bud tender. I was handed a menu, without much other conversation, was left to order. Unsure on quality to price ratio and didn’t feel like it was in my best interest to purchase anything. Lame.

123. I have just recently moved to Oregon from NYC and I have been frequenting a few dispensaries closer to my home. However, I was in the area this morning and had to stop in and check it out. I must admit that it is a little smaller than other dispensaries, but they’re flower selection is top notch, the Lava Cake is by far one of the better Strains I’ve had since moving here a month ago. Oh and the selection of concerntrates is off the hook. I had a great experience there, I walked out of there with an 1/8 of Lava Cake and a gram of thc distillate for $68. Quality product without breaking the bank.

124. I’m a big fan of Magic Castle. They have the best customer service, great recommendations, good conversation. Their prices are competitive and usually the cheapest in the area for prerolls and for flower. I have yet to have a negative experience here. It’s a good place to spend (all of) your money!

126. Came to check this little place out, and opted to try the friendly bud- tender’s suggestion of Bubba SD for a middle ground hybrid. People behind the counter were very helpful, the selection was a quality>quantity deal, with still a good variety, and as for how well they matched my request – pretty damn happy with what I got 🙂 The bud nicely matched what was described and was smooth, earthy, lightly pungent, & potent! Gonna bring friends by later to check out the new shelves.

A tiny little white house tucked away….hidden….almost impossible to find…..if not for the sign waving employee…When I pulled up it was almost as if the shop was just for me…..when I went in the front door I was greeted warmly and with a smile…checking my ID and giving me free magazines I was led on my way thru to the flower room……the room was clean, well kept and very well organized…a few inexpensive pipes were scattered around and the flower selection was on display in petri like dishes to see and smell…there counter was filled with sealed prepackaged pop top containers and the very nice man behind the counter was more then helpful…..butttt. ……everything was $20 a gram or higherdY~*……now I am no cheapskate but the moment I saw this I frozedY~” …..I began to ask myself, what is the point of living in a legal state if the price is as high or higher then street?…now I know you pay more for organic….but……..still…..really?…..I stood frozen, arms over my chest hugging my wallet for dear life ..I was the only one in the room for what seemed like hours (ok…mabye 5min) when suddenly the door opened and another customer came in…releaved but not wanting to be rude after the budtender and I had our intimate moment I bought a half gram pre roll for $10dY~ and shot out the exit door…..If money is no big deal for you then this is the place to be for rec. I on the other hand have bills to pay…..sooooo I think this is one organic I will be passing on at the moment.

155. Amazing prices for quality flower!! Lower selection than others in the area, yet stocked with quality products. Very little parking, and the only indicator of knowing the location from 99 is Ganja Sam holding his arrow sign.

156. I’ve been coming to Magic Castle for the past 3 months, usually twice a week, and I shop here exclusively! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they always have great prices. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing their selection!

158. I really don’t know what happened to Purple Organics over the past 2 months or so. I used to come here every Friday but, not any more.
     The whole staff is different, besides the young lady that checks the IDs–the new crew, while somewhat friendly, are very unknowledgeable (there’s more to know about the product, besides being a “hybrid”, “sativa”, or “indica”.)
     The flower has become sub-par, at best, even for the low price that it’s being sold at. Also, the same strains stay on shelves for weeks on end now.

     What happened to you guys?

159. Put of all the dispensaries I’ve been to all over Portland. Purple Organics is consistently the best tasting stuff around. It’s the quality I have been looking for. The people are great there to.

     Product, price, and awesome customer service.
     I just wish the Bud Tenders would tell the guest their names–it would make for a better personal experience that way.
     Every Bud Tender there is super friendly and deserves a shoutout by name.

163. I love this place. Only suggestion is that the hours be correctly posted online and if they had hours more like other dispensaries. Other dispensaries are open 365 days and have hours earlier and later than this place. Only downside here.

164. Great dispensary. Small place but great prices and deals regularly. Product is typically a little leafy, but the prices and quality are such a good match that it’s definitely worth it. And the staff is super nice and small so you get to know the people quick.

165. I just moved to the area and wanted to check out some dispensaries that was close by. Conveniently located off of Highway 99, small shop with a decent selection of flower, concentrates, and edibles. Max was super friendly and very accommodating. Gave me a nice discount for a first time customer and a bunch of goodies! Will definitely shop here again!

166. I was really impressed by how quickly I got in and out! also the 60 dollar half ounce deal is such a great deal! The quality of the half ounce was quite good, and smoked well.

170. The bud is good, esp for the price, the selection is however tiny, and the hours are horrible. I was thwarted twice in the same day by the hours, not even remotely close to anywhere else in the area.

172. The selection was small but well selected. Overpriced, the cheapest strains at $20 a gram. And viles were sealed and pre weighed, not a favorite of mine. Much prefer shops that weigh in front of me.

176. I have been to this shop several times and always leave satisfied. The service is always great and friendly and I’m never rushed into making a decision and allowed to see several strains before deciding. The staff also makes great recommendations. The bud is always high quality and the price is very fare. I travel a lot for work and have been to several of the shops out there and none compare to this shop for value and quality. I’ll always be back.

When you first drive up you kind of just assume it’s a tiny house and will be a vERY cozy little dispensary, but with their new renovations, as soon as you step inside, you feel a roomy sense of comfort. Everyone working there is the sweetest, and you always end up telling them everything about yourself and your day; they’re so friendly it feels like you’ve known each other forever! Prices are great and I can’t complain about anything tbh.

178. Great dispensary! Have been in the area for about a year now and I used to overlook this place. Recently have done some new renovations and new product, FIRE product, and the service is wonderful. Friendly budtenders who know what they are talking about! Oh, and don’t forget to tip the guy in green on the corner holding that heavy sign for the tourists to conveniently locate the shop! Also, when you stop by, tell Kari at the desk, Ellie, Anthony and Anita, the bud tenders who or WHAT sent you to Purple Organics!

179. was very excited to find this place, the prices looked great! and the prices were good, but after I left and looked at the portions, not good. i got an eighth of valley girl, and a gram each of 3 different kinds. and each gram was tiny, probably a little over half. just very disappointed!

180. Their selection of tinctures was very sad. From that, the amount of CDB based items was even worse. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful despite them not having anything I was looking for. He tried to find a viable solution to my inquiry, but I was forced to try another dispensary

184. I wasted a trip there to find out communicating stock accurately (if at all’s more accurate) to Leafly seems to be of the lowest priority. Employee’s too busy recommended everyone call 1st,
     don’t waste your time go elsewhere. I did not buy an alternate product, I won’t return.
