1. this place is great for starting out but its plaqued with high prices and an undereducated staff. very friendly but runs like a business rather than a place to get medicine. wish there was a delivery system outside of the metro area since we have a huge poplulation of cancer patients in orange county. goin here more than once will send u on a rabbit whole for something more that this place cant provide.

2. very disappointed in Vireo and have decided to shift to another dispensary. Besides being very expensive (the Manhattan competition is considerably more affordable), the facility itself looks & feels run down, and their delivery service is consistently very late—and they don’t always show up. For the prices they charge, their service ought to be considerably better.

4. Ever so grateful for the services offered at Vireo, The professionalism portrayed and great customer service is outstanding. Website response time is immediate with a staff who is there to answer any question. Thank you Vireo for being there for me…..for us!

5. Being in NY options are extremely limited and insanely priced, I’m really considering moving to CT

6. It is what it is. Sterile, business like. Upholding the charade of dispensing medicine with almost no choice (state mandated) and super high prices (also state mandated)I recently visited Las Vegas where my NY medical card got me a small discount and where the pricing is a fraction of NY pricing

7. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming & clean.

8. Of the 3 locals I’ve patronized this is the worst by far. Grim experience shopping there. Think methadone clinic. With poor customer service.
