Sierra Well was the first medical dispensary in Reno, NV and we are now available to serve you medical and recreational products in both Reno and Carson City. From the start, our mission has been to provide exceptional service and quality cannabis to our medical and recreational patients and customers.
Sierra Well provides home delivery as well. An order for delivery can be placed everyday from 10am – 8pm. Get all your favorite products right to your doorstep quickly and safely.
I’ve been to SWC a few times and I always enjoy it. The staff is welcoming and I love the setup of the facility as a whole. Sam has coincidentally been stuck with helping me almost each time I’ve gone in. He is incredible!! He has never let me down with all of the questions I ask him and always remains so kind and patient. Sam is overall a great guy and I just really appreciate him. Thank you.

This location has excellent bud tenders that are really helpful & also have great recommendations. I absolutely love the Mendo breath flower by Matrix NV, good for relaxation!

I wish I could name the person who helped us but his name escapes me. He however knew the products very well and could answer my questions knowledgeably and with confidence. The setup was nice and the personal were very friendly.
I like the wide open counters where the flower is displayed. Very cool. A bud tender is always with you to make sure your needs are taken care of. Great laid back atmosphere and very cool people work there. I return often because I love it there and they treat me well. dY~S

We travel the extra distance to Carson City just to see the new store for Sierra Wellness as we love the Reno store… Well it was very welcoming to here, “Hey! I know you from our Reno store! Welcome to our new location!!! ITs great to see you!!” … And just like the Reno store, this store is CLEAN welcoming and the staff is just as amazing!! We now visit both stores at refill time and have made them my EXCLUSIVE pharmacies….
This was my first experience with SWC, I have to say it was great. The staff is warm and welcoming with plenty of knowledge. I will definitely be recommending SWC to anyone wondering. Kat was a delight to work with and help me with exactly what I needed.

Everyone’s attitude is fabulous. I’ve been going to the Reno Dispensary & am so happy to have one in Carson. I so prefer Sierra Wellness to Rise. Very helpful & knowledgeable. I’m very comfortable, whereas Rise is awkward. Extremely peasant experience- Thank you to Sierra Wellness staff!

Great location. Near my home and work so it is very easy for me to access. Online ordering makes for a quick in and out visit, perfect for those of us with anxiety and unable to deal with a lot of people! Staff is very in the know and are able to recommend whatever you need
I enjoy the help evertime I go to SierraWellness Connection.
I always find the staff incredibly friendly and the place is well run. Their ‘express counter’ is a really nice touch since I can order online and be out of there in just a few minutes most days. I wish they had more variety in Indica products, but I suppose that’s just a by-product of them selling what sells best.

I love how kind the people are in here. I didn’t feel rushed or weird and my budtender Alise was exceptional. I will definitely be returning to this location. One of my pre rolls did burn unevenly but overall quality buds here.

They are located in a somewhat older strip mall. The interior has been completely re-done and looks very modern and nice. The flower is good quality and they have it at a competitive price compared to other dispensaries in the area. They became my go-to stop over the past year. They have another store in Reno as well.
I am a first-time medical buyer and Sierra Wellness in Carson City made it a very pleasurable experience. The entire staff were very professional and educational. They went through the basics of flowers, waxes, edibles, sativa vs. indica vs. hybrids, consumption methods. They made recommendations based on my needs and gave me a lot of additional additional info. They sell smaller quantities so I can try a few things out to find what works best for me. Great job!

I’ve returned to this location a number of times since becoming recreational. While a clean and professional environment with a friendly staff, product quality isn’t the best. In my visits I’ve bought; a tangilope third party preroll, an L.A. Confidential preroll (which for your knowledge is only 11.6% THC content, I don’t remember seeing this noted in any of the pamphlets around the store), two grams of blue dream, a gram of chemdawg, and a gram of dream queen. I’m not sure if all of the Third Party prerolls are all .6 grams but this also was not specified in any of the pamphlets. My L.A. Confidential preroll came at a whopping 11.6% THC with next to no terp content as well as being harvested over 6 months ago. My main complaint with the grams I’ve bought has to do with the stem to bud ratio, a little stem for me is okay. But no, what I experienced was hefty stems attached to small bits of bud. My biggest complaint thus far, is the fact the gram of the sativa dream queen we bought which looked promising at 23% THC, gave both my boyfriend and myself aching headaches. All in all, I will continue to go here for the convienence in location and friendly staff, but I can’t say I’m totally pleased with the product quality.

I’ve been to this location twice now. Next time ill try to remember to place my order ahead of time to avoid the wait (40+mins for rec) as this location is really popular. They even expanded their waiting area. 2 screens display their menu live so you can narrow down your choices before going to the back. Kyle W was an awesome budtender my first visit and his excellent customer service was part of the reason made the drive back. Maurice was also very helpful and guided me in finding exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend !

it was my second time to this establishment and it is the best dispensary I’ve been to. The customer service goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and leaving with a smile on your face knowing that you got a great deal on products that will help the pain go away for me at least. So since my last review, I’ve been back 3 times. Mario, Sam and I forgot the girls name but all 3 very helpful. The last 2 times I have been, I’d placed pre-orders and was in and out within a few minutes. So far I’ve taken home a number of strains form different growers, every time I’m impressed and happy with what I get.
Friendly clean and Kathleen was very knowledgeable , helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Definitely the place in town to get good THC products. My first time there was the best. The staff is knowledgeable about the products they’re selling, and always make helpful suggestions. They have quickly become my favorite dispensary.

Alexis is an angel! The entire staff is amazing! I had been to the store in Reno, so I knew what to expect, but this location is so close to my home that I will never have to go to Reno again. I feel like I am with family when I am there, and every one greets me with a smile. I was offered a hot tea while I wait (which wasn’t long at all) and the utmost care has been delivered consistently. They all know their stuff and always take time to listen to my needs and so far, have not given any bad recommendations. I trust Sierra Wellness and plan on being their patient for as long as possible!!
I love this dispensary. Sierra Wellness in Reno has been my go to spot for years. Now that recreational sales have come to Carson City I can finally utilize this location less than a mile from my house. I have used both the in house pickup and web delivery services and both were quick and painless. The selection is large and the product is top notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy to say that this location holds up to the standards of the original.

As a first timer to a legal dispensary I was a little apprehensive . That quickly ended when Matt the budtender came out to get me. Even though it was a little busy Matt took his time explaining my different options. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the different products and obviously cared about my specific choices. I’ll be going back to Sierra Wellness again. The prices seemed fair and the store is very professionally run.
I thought prices weren’t too far fetched, the flower and concentrate selection was excellent. The budtender that I had was Kyle W. he was great help.
Very great place and easy to get to they have great product and never disappoint. The moxie concentrate is very terpy and is worth it all the way and the cannavative honeycomb is always a good way to go great dispencary.

This location is THE location as far as in concerned. I’ve had a bumpy ride with SWC. Still can’t say anything bad about their product. it’s all top shelf and unlike other places except for two (both not in Carson) they grow their own. no prepackaged crispy flavorless UFO lol so there’s my take. stick here for flavor, potency, knowledge,

My first visit was comfortable and Sam made it very easy. His recommendation was great and it worked out very well. My second visit was just as positive. This is all new to me. Thank you everyone for being so kind and making this experience easier and for being so patient with my needs.
As an out of state customer I was happy to have them recommend an online doctor for quick renewal. But they didn’t honor the temporary print out and made me wait a week until the card came in the mail….
I just let julio do the recommending now when it comes to my shatters and wax’s. I have yet to be disappointed loving the sweet pink stink he recommended on top of the strawberry lemonade flower so tasty thank you Sierra well for always having the best medicine in town!

On a weekend visit to Lake Tahoe from Texas we flew into Reno and stopped at what was the closet to the airport. On other vacations we have stopped at MANY dispensaries and this place is by far the best yet. Cole took the time to explain even though we knew(always good to hear someone else perspective). Not pushy at all, friendly and talkative. Clean place and well displayed. On the way back to Texas we had to stop one last time before we jumped on the airplane for one last pre-roll

I am very happy with the experience I had. It was my first time here so I was a little apprehensive if not shy. I’d never let someone know that I was a newb to the area, but I was also inexperienced in partaking of cannabis. My budtender was tender, sweet, and was very easy to talk to. He listened to my needs with no judgment. It was my first time with a budtender and it did not disappoint. I was very very satisfied to say the least.
I think its in a great location I used to travel all the way to Reno to visit this company! They provide great service every time i enter the building, their prices are good and i’m always ready to return when i need anything.

Overall a friendly and knowledgeable staff with a good selection, probably best of the few in town for concentrated and CBD products. I visit frequently and have only had one complaint where a budtender was less than eager to help me out, but other than that have had great experiences.
