This is my home dispensary! The product is always at a competitive price point and it is always fresh and fantastic. The staff here is also amaze balls! Had some issues with some of their vape pens, and they were very quick and easy to remedy the situation. Being as they didn’t make the pen, I can’t fault them for that problem. Customer service is excellent, and they had a good variety of products.

Essence is just hands down the best dispensary I have been to. I have visited many here and where I live in LA. But Essence is exceptional. The personal attention and expertise of the staff. The decor. The atmosphere. The professionalism. I don’t feel rushed. It’s such a pleasant friendly visit. I love shopping here.
Haven’t been treated this BAD in a while. Went to Essence on Tropicana to buy a half oz since they are the dispensary located closes to my house and have good prices and quality.
I placed an order once I walked into the back of the store. I ordered 7 grams of Tangine, 7 grams of LA OG and 1 gram of Diesel and was told to head to the counter to be rung up…
Once I arrived at the counter the cashier brought my order to the desk and as she did I grabed my 1 gram order of Diesel because I planned on rolling it up as soon as I left and didn’t want it placed in the sealed bag they provided….When I grabbed the gram the cashier let me know all product must leave the store in sealed bag so I gave it to her to place in the bag, paid my total and left 90+90+10=$190..
Once I got home I saw that she only placed 3.5g of each in my sealed bag so I ran back to store to get my order corrected. I paid for 2 quarters and a gram and was only given 2 eigths and a gram….
I didn’t think there would be an issue because I was positive the whole transaction was caught on camera…
SO i arrive let them know what happened and the manager goes back in the room to review the tapes. 40 minutes later he comes out and tosses the bag on the counter and says heres the rest of your order …I laugh and say dang no sorry or anything for messing up the order or the wait?” The Gm quickly responds No you stole a gram anyways so heres the rest of your order and don’t come back to my store…..
At that time I place the bags done and look at him in awe, showed him the receipt that says i paid for the gram also and let him know I gave it to the cashier to put in my bag when she told me it had to be in bag and asked him to please go check camera because I don’t want people thinking I’m at stores buying ounces and trying to steal $10 grams at the same time…
He goes and checks the camera and sees what I said was true and I showed him the receipt to show everything was paid for. Then i tell him I was joking about an apology for the mess up it’s not the serious..
His reply is I’m over 30 years old and shouldn’t be joking (lol. no jokes in the weed store i guess )and he doesn’t care what I paid for or how much i spend weekly leave before he calls the police….
I’m still standing their laughing in awe amazed at how I’m being treated, accused of stealing a $10 gram when I consistently buy 14 grams or more…Next he walks to the phone and starts to call the police.. so I just shake my head and walk out feeling like maybe we haven’t came as far as we would like to think….
I can’t be the only one that has ever grabbed their product off of the counter while purchasing but I’m probably one of the only to get 86’d for it….
Only reason I wrote this review is because he said he didn’t care how much I spend or what site I put it on so here it is…
Just because you guys are the only shop on the block doesn’t mean you should treat customers like trash if you want to keep building.
And just because it was my day off and I wasn’t in a suit doesn’t mean I’m a thug off the streets SIR …
I always have a wonderful experience at this essence, every location has amazing customer service and are very helpful in helping me find the best medicine that suits my needs.
Essence Trop west my be further from my house then many despenceries, but it is more than worth it to go out of my way. Essence is my favorite place for knowledgeable and friendly staff.

the price per gram is out of reach for most patients. A lot of us are on fixed incomes and are unable to work. I am from Montana where they are able to provide quality product for 10.00 a gram. The packaging at essence is excessive. using minimal packaging could bring down the price considerably. This was my first visit to a dispensary in NV. At these prices i couldn’t afford to buy my medication if I lived here.

This is by far the best location or even dispensary I’ve been to. The flour and edibles are great with amazing prices. The set up looks nice and the people help you find what’s best for you at each given time of purchase plus are very friendly. Absolutely love it here.

I have checked out many dispensaries in the Vegas Valley, Essence is by far the best. It’s staffed with friend people. The receptionest Sharmetta is always smiling and fast. Today I had Nate who dialed me in rigjt away and got me out with no pressure. David, Rachel and Jennifer always rock.. My cashier Zulema was awesome, she told me about specials and upcoming goodies while efficiently getting me on my way.
Everytime I come here I get excellent service. Michelle helped me last time she is fabulous. Everybody there is so willing to help you get want you need and answer your question. This is only dispensary I got to and I live in Henderson. The Henderson location is awesome as well.

Came to Essence as a first time patient and was not disappointed! Everyone from Christa and Sharmetta at the front desk to my consultants were extremely professional and very helpful! I say consultantS because although I was paired with one consultant, almost every consultant there was super excited to hear I was a first time patient and jumped to help. It was very informative and not overwhelming at all. Thanks Tiffany, Rachel, Liana and Marlena! I left with great product and a couple new recommendations to try. 3 different grams of flower and a disposable pre-loaded vape for under $70… the prices are unbeatable. GREAT first experience and I will definitely be back!

The best Marijuana dispensary in Las Vegas . 10 percent discount for locals with Nevada ID.You also earn dollars you can spend later if you are a frequent customer .I think it’s one dollar for every 33 dollars you spend which is effectively another 3 percent discount. Always a huge selection and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.Shout out to Alex he always makes good recommendations.

Higher pricing than some other place but a pretty good selection. The service can be a bit lacking if you get the wrong budtender (the old Filipinos guy is the worst).
This location always has what i am looking for. They answer questions and are knowledgeable about the products.
I went here for the first time (first time at a dispensary period) a month ago. Everyone was so nice and really patient with me since my anxiety was through the roof. I just went back yesterday and had the same lovely experience. There are dispensaries closer to me but I will continue to visit Essence West frequently!

MAAAAAAAN LEMME TELL YOU HOW GREAT THIS WAS! First time ever right? I raced over to my normal cannacopia after work and didn’t make it. So I shot over to essence on Trop and happenned to be helped my DEJON AND KEVIN and let me tell you THEY ARE MY GUYS! MY FRIENDS! THE LIGHT OF THE SHOP! They made me feel like this first experience will be an actual memory and not just a run to the shop. They let me smell whatever I wanted, look for however long I needed, and really took the time to know me and what I wanted and I couldn’t appreciate them enough! DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK!!!! 5/5 EXPERIENCE!!

Went on opening night and was quite pleased with the experience overall. The wait to get in was hours long, only because of opening night, but everyone was prepared for it. Had a great selection of strains and edibles, mostly what I came for. The saleswoman recommended honey comb when I asked about bubble hash and sold me on it. The saleswoman was patient, knowledgeable and worked with me on how much I wanted to spend. After trying some of the strains, I found 2 of the 4 I got have small seeds in it when broken up, but still great quality. I liked the honey comb as well, similar to the bubble hash of Colorado but not as strong as wax or shatter.

A little bit far for me, seeing as I live in North Las Vegas, but it’s better than nothing and definitely better it’s off the strip. A little after I walked in and checked in, I was introduced to a bud tender and his knowledge on everything I needed was beyond comparison to other dispensaries I have visited. He quickly asked what I was looking for and recommended not one but 3 different strains to try out as well as edibles, and concentrates. Prices are very reasonable and will be visiting again soon.

The people at this location are incredibly nice and helpful. Michelle patiently explained the different types of marijuana and how they work. Michelle was so patient, kind, friendly and helpful. I have been here alot in the past, hasn’t been for a a little bit, went recently…..horrible. First I get my usual. Jupiter OG concentrate, which is usually fire. I get home and open it and it’s nasty, black, hard as rock, brittle and tastes like dog poo. It was late, so I just called the this morning, before writing a bad review, hoping they could correct the situation for me. The girl told me the manager says all says are final but we will make it up to you next time by giving you a free preroll for a dollar!! Well i get a free, old, stale, nasty pre roll that runs when I spark it. No thanks Essence, you just lost a major customer. No integrity, your loss.

I took a wild hare ~ visited for my medical fare on a FRIDAY afternoon. It was busy … with traffic flowing nicely.
Watching the dispensaries here over the summer navigate going recreational … well, it looks like each one is building their ship while at sea. Essence West is sailing smoothly, has excellent customer traffic system while taking GOOD care of the medical comrades, AND delivering great service to our recreational friends.

I like how conveniently close it is to my location but there are a few complaints. They’re stock runs out on good stuff, which is to be expected in the begining but you guys have been opened awhile. Also a couple times I’ve been there it’s like talking to used car salesman, pushing this item or that. Granted the times I’ve talked with Vincent or Jenn were great! They seemed genuine and not rehearsed or nervous. David helped me with my first honeycomb purchase and thank you for that and the knowledge you shared. And lastly since there is no rewards system I’ll need to be going somewhere else. Yeah its down the street and they’re open until 10 but I go there too often not to get a loyalty perk. All in all good place to stop by every now and then but too many other places offer incentives to go back so why not?

Since my first visit I’ve habitually come back to Essence. Although there are plenty of other dispensaries to choose from, what I like most about Essence are the deals they have, especially the one for locals. They know how to cater to the customer while providing awesome products.

So this is my first time to a dispensary to purchase recreational marijuana. As a smoker of almost 13 years, I will only smoke the absolute BEST quality available. This is why I chose Essence West. While the atmosphere itself is a little impersonal, the product is beyond comparison and the service available was impeccable; Albert F. specifically was friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in not knowing what to expect and walked out confident in Albert’s recommendations. I will CERTAINLY go back again… and again… and again.

Last 3 visits weren’t my favorite. First I had seen something I liked on the menu, it had been updated about 2 hours before, but when I got there, they were out of the crumble I wanted. The worst is that they tried to make it seem like I was mistaken instead of figuring it out. I settled & didn’t like what I got instead. Went on a whim about a week later & for the first time, walked out of a dispensary without buying anything. The last, the intake girls were acting like high schoolers, yelling & carrying on like they didn’t know they were working, my budtender was cool though, if not a bit talkative, not to be rude, & I let her talk, but I don’t need a rundown of strains, maybe ask what knowledge level the patient is. I tried to grab what I needed & leave as soon as soon as possible, but after waiting 10 mins at the register, I realized they didn’t know what one of the accessories I asked for was (they asked for clarity, so it’s not because they didn’t hear me) employees should know products better, & act better in general, this place just opened & I don’t like where it’s going. Keep that menu updated!

if you have not been to any of the ESSENCE Dispensaries you are missing the best prices in town, best customer service and knowledge, and carry a great selection of products. 5 stars are not enough. The West and strip location are fast too. in and out quick.

Essence is elegant and provides good meds and great prices. Their delivery service is quick and doesn’t break the bank. They provide a large menu with many options to choose from. My only recommendation would be for them to work on keeping the menu up to date if a strain is no longer available. and possibly a rewards program to value returning customers. Thank you Essence!

Definitely love Essence Dispensaries! The best out of all the other options out there. Great employees who are knowledgeable and friendly as well. I get my medicine delivered from this location and they are always prompt and friendly, especially Khouan who is friendly, knowledgeable about the products and delivers with a warm smile. This or the Essence Henderson location is the place to shop. I also love the fact that they’re prices include tax, and they’re still lower than the competition. Check Essence out! I visited Essence West yesterday Friday ,to get my weekly medicine . I was. Greeted by a wonderful smiling Budtender named Lauren . Very happy and energetic . She asked what I like and I let her know I was a Indica guy ,however I like certain strains of Sativa that are very high in THC and terpene levels . She gave me a few suggestions and bam just like that I had my batch for the weekend . Heavily recommend the aEURoe Tropicanna aEURoe and the aEURoe Banana Cookies aEURoe Wow did I have a great morning and Evening ! Whenever I need to pick up any cbd products or flowers I always stop by essence. Their prices compared to other dispensary are reasonable, I’ve seen a dollar or 2 less on the prices for the same pre rolls compared to others. They do also 10% off for Vegas locals as well!
Sometimes we have to wait to be helped longer than usual, but everyone we’ve encountered is always nice. I stopped by yesterday to grab some Blue magic pre rolls and we were helped by Michelle! She’s so sweet and had amazing customer service!

Great location. Probably the coolest Essence of the three. The service was very friendly once I got there but the girl who answered the phone was a little rude and when I asked her if they were on the East or West side of Jones, she literally said “I don’t have that information.” She had to ask someone but still came back with the wrong answer. Employees should know basic stuff like that.

good experiences with the delivery and I have had some bad experiences with the Tropicana store delivering bad vapor pens that separated from the vapor pen housing where it was suppose to be sealed . I also purchased some Keaf to be delivered to me and when I got iT I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!
The staff in the dispensaries are good although I believe every employee and user gives ( Subjective ) opinions regarding their knowledge or lack of knowledge tends to show in the product being explained you kind of get the feeling that the sales person/user of the cannabis product can only testify to the response that different strains produces various different bodily reactions or Biological Chemical Receptor Reaction ( BCRR ) .

This is my favorite dispensary. The product and prices are great. However, they really need to work on keeping menu information accurate. I can understand the challenge in keeping online menus updated, but often once I’m there I’ll select something listed on their in house menu screen only to find out once they check the back that they’re out or only selling grams. This leads to confusion and errors.

1st time w/Essence. I called the shop and spoke to a gal who had Her “Poop in a group’ as it were. Getting signed up/In was NO issue! YAY,Paperwork handled. She answered questions regarding the med’s I sought,and pointed Me in a direction not expected. The Grape Stomper is the shiznizzy. Not a “immediate” head-change..oh no no no Friends.This is a creeper strain. You’ll feel a lil bit at first and think “aww hell..this is NOT very strong…I’ve wasted My money’ bout 10min later You’ll be thinking “I have a entire potroast in the fridge from last night that I’m going to properly devour,along with a adult beverage,then I’ll sit and watch My netflix que for a few hours”. Not a “couch-lock’ strain at all,but definitively good for sleep as well as pain. VERY Happy with My choice. I also got a .g of the Pineapple Thunder Honey… VERY potent and a great addition to flower,as I don’t vape/use a pen. Tasty and great for getting BACK to sleep! NOT for use in situations where You’ll need to do important things…Like think clearly. Their delivery time was nearly scary. I know I was the 1st of the day but DAAAYYYUUMM..I had to look outside to see if the guy arrived by HoverCraft or pod-drop fer crying out loud. Arrived clean,well dressed, and professional. Just got off the plane from Hawaii, was so good to have a stress free flight with no worries. Got my rental car and went straight to Essence. It’s super close to Orlean’s Casino, so if your staying there lucky for me and you, lol. When I showed up this young gentlemen, Nathan, I believe took my information, filled some forms, signed some papers, and waited in a nice clean wait room with no smell at all, also on the wall they have their menu displayed. There were 2 people ahead of me, but only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes. When I got in, it was smelling sweet, pakalolo sweet but not overpowering. Nathan was super helpful, told me about some deals they had, help me decide which strains to get, since there was so many good ones to choose from (I had Fire Alien Kush and 9lb Hammer). I got to smell and see the quality. I also purchased some cookies, but I swear my cookies that I make are more potent. I wouldn’t buy the cookies again, maybe try some different edible. Prices are reasonable considering the other’s I see online. Overall I would recommend anyone this shop, and I’m definitely returning on my next trip back!

Great service and location huge selection
This location is a bit of a drive for me, but they will be opening a Henderson location in March too. I wanted to try a grower I hadn’t tried yet. The owner, Armin, recommended the Tangie by Evergreen Organix. Evergreen has been making edibles for the local dispensaries, but these are some of their first flowers released last week. The Tangie smelled like fresh squeezed orange juice or fresh orange zest, so I decided to give it a try. It was still fairly soft, not dried out and it had good density, did not crumble to the touch. It smokes well and has a powerful sativa head feel that goes straight to the brain. Would be good for migraines or depression. I look forward to returning to Essence, hopefully the Henderson location, for more Evergreen flowers in the future!

Long wait times, some staff members are a little condescending. My first couple of visits were nice but has really gone downhill since. There are generally a couple strains here which are very high quality but overall service is disappointing. I definitely feel more welcome elsewhere.

I found my new dispensary fa sho! SONJA is the name to ask for. I know we’ve all been to a lot of different dispensary but there’s not many out there like her. She has the most welcoming attitude, super knowledgeable about the products, offers you a tailored product just by asking you a few questions. What more can I say. She made me feel like I wasn’t going into some flower shop to pick up. Instead it felt like going to your homies house from high school, kick it for a bit, get hook the F up and the bounce. The only thing that’s is better then this places meds is there amazing staff! There so knowledgeable esp Lucas , Solomon, Gabby , And Michelle! Very rarely do I get a strain that I don’t like! Check out the OBTK or My favorite Kush Mountain if you enjoy a Super heavy Indica!

I have been going to the “other” dispensaries in town and then I found this gem, Essence is the best place in town hands down!! The best prices and the best quality, they make the whole process easy and comfortable, those other places make it kind of uncomfortable. Sequoia and the whole staff makes it awesome, very knowledgeable of the strains and they are SUPER friendly. Visiting from out of town. Could not recommend this place more highly. The staff was very professional, kind, and helpful. The building was very well kept and had modern interiors. It was almost like a boutique experience. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I hope there are places like this back home!

10-20Min wait times to get inside on average and another 10-20 to get your order. Menu isn’t updated and they run out often. The workers don’t have a clue about what they are selling & are instructed to push the lower quality strains & they will lie to you. It’s like talking to a car salesman on his first day. I asked for them to have the supervisor call me & they said they would give them the message but it’s been 2 weeks now & I never heard back. Shop around – there are better dispensaries in town with a decent professional staff and better deals. They don’t even have a rewards program.

I love this location! All the budtenders are super helpful. I normally smoke weed and eat edibles and they’re always great with new suggestions. I tried CBD for the first time last week to help with my anxiety and it has helped me me tremendously!!! Easy to find location. Fairly quick processing. I have some good and not so good to mention. Good: paid them 2 visits, 1st time was great! I only had my acceptance letter and was quickly approved. Tangerine dream and Purple haze were my choices. Purple Haze was great. Tangerine appearance was better than smoke. Prices were legit. No complaints. NOW…my 2nd experience was not so great. Ill spare the details but Essence is a nice shop with exceptional service, with time in the industry they will surly be in the top of the city’s go-to dispensaries.

Great dispensary. Went twice. Both “Budtenders” we’re knowledgeable although the second Budtender we had,the second time around that we went, suggested more of the krispie edible than a 2nd time user should try. He made it seem like you can’t really overdue it on the edible, but my wife took around the amount he recommended and my wife had a BAAAAAD time. Also I’d suggest for someone that is new to marijuana in general and exclaims as much to the Budtender, the Budtender should really emphasize to not overdue any of the products, smoking or otherwise. It should fall on the consumer to do research beforehand, in which case I would’ve been more precarious, but for those who have zero knowledge going in, they won’t know what amount is overdoing it, and what amount will give good results. The line between doing too much, and just the right amount is a fine line. The consumer should definitely have this emphasized to them by the Budtender.

After finding BaM’s Lavender was out, Michael was quick to recommend Sin Mint to me, which I had seen online earlier after Sequoia Strawberry drew me to Sin City Seeds last week. So I walked out with 1/8 mint and a gram of strawberry for $51 flat. Stock is better than last week (although my Lavender…) and the concentrate selection has me excited for another visit. aoeOE

This is my favorite dispensary in Vegas. The staff Sonja was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.
The staff are some of the least knowledgeable in the business and they will just try to sell you anything and everything. They have the same 2-3 recycled scripts that they recite no matter what strain you ask about. They will tell you they don’t have a certain strain available when they actually do, but they are just too lazy to check. There are 2-3 decent strains there at a time and the rest are just fillers. Go to a dispensary where the employees actually have half a brain and you’ll save yourself some money and get better suited strains. These are the high school dropouts of weed employees.
The staff is very knowledgeable. I love the fact that they are well staffed as it can tend to get busy in there. But you never feel rushed and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
I have been here 4 times now and each time was waited on by a different staff member. Each one was friendly and up beat

Very elegant looking and clean dispensary, with a very professional staff and enviornment. The secretary’s/front desk employees were very nice and friendly. Inside the waiting room there is a very well put together menu so you can check prices while you wait to go in, which was not long at all and it was during the grand opening! Essence carries the best cultivation companies in the state and also at the best prices in town, Green Life Productions and Deep Roots which are both amazing! The dispensary room itself looks like a jewelry store, and you are instantly welcomed by a friendly face. I was taken care of in a sincere, patient and knowledgeable way, since I was asking a lot of questions. Hands down, the cleanest and best dispensary experience I have had in Las Vegas. From start to finish, I had a great experience here at Essence and I can’t wait to be apart of their next locations’ grand openings! I would and have recommended it to all of my friends who are patients.

Went to Essence West yesterday, to pick up my Trokie 1:1 CBD:THC edibles, and had the pleasure of meeting Efrain, who was my patient consultant for the visit. A real pleasure talking with him, as he is VERY knowledgeable in the medical cannabis field. After I told him about the book I am reading: “Medical Cannabis: A Guide for Patients, Practitioners, and Caregivers” by Dr. Michael H Moskowitz MD, he told me he would probably purchase the book and read it ASAP! GREAT…everyone in the cannabis field should read this book! And, then Efrain told me the good news…. Essence just received a supply of a high CBD strain (20:1) called ACDC, by CULTIVATION LABS! I have been looking for ACDC for over 6 months! I do hope that Essence keeps this strain in stock, and I hope that Essence starts carrying more high CBD strains. I have been a loyal customer of Essence West for over 2 years, but lately they have not been stocking many CBD products. After reading the above book, I want MORE high CBD strains, for vaporizing and eating raw!! Efrain also informed me that they also had the Trokie in a 9:1 CBD:THC! I picked up some of those as well. Thanks Efrain, thanks Essence. And, a “Thank You” to the young lady who went in back and brought me some copies of “Vegas Cannabis” magazine!! Didn’t get your name…. but thanks so much. Beautiful Dispensary/Store. The Budtender was a real nice and patient guy who knew the flower product line well. He allowed us to smell multiple strains concurrently to compare types we might end up buying. (Some places only let you smell one jar at a time). Got a local’s discount on some nice looking Lemon Meringue strain which turned out to be real good. Prices are decent. Similar to most of the shops in Vegas. A great experience.

I love the vibe from Essence. It’s super nice, clean, and comfortable. I cannot recall the older gentlemans name that helped me out. He wore an eye patch. He was very understanding with what I was looking for and made some great recommendations. He also educated me on some of the other products that I will be trying next time. Essence also did a follow up call which was really nice. Most def will be back!

I’ve gone to other dispensaries around Vegas, and even the Essence on the strip cant quite compare to this one. the people there are really passionate about their work and the quality of the products they’re selling. Soloman is always happy to see us when we come in, and just chatting with other budtenders has shown us just how much work they really put into their job. Robbie showed us his notebook full of notes on different strains and chemicals. The culture here is so unique, Essence is definitely the best dispensary in las vegas.

Came in and waited 45 minutes to be seen when literally every person that came in after me were seen. Literally the entire waiting room (which was very hot) including those who were waiting because there weren’t any seats left. The rep added something to my order when I was simply asking about it which is an understandable mistake. Additionally, to make things worse, my medicine was incorrectly given to me. I asked for an 1/8th of one strain (sativa) and was given an 1/8th of another strain (indica) but still had the strain information print out for the sativa strain that I asked for. The entire experience was undesireable and inexcusable.
I’ve spent time in numerous shops in Las Vegas. Essence West has me coming back….and return customers seem to be the most satisfied. The recommendations are legit. Never disappointed. Prices are budget friendly and the music they play is vibe friendly. I could chill out there just to socialize. Well done Essence.

My husband and I have been coming to essence everyday for the past two months. We know most of the staff pretty well and are always treated kindly by the front and back employees. We have sampled almost all of the products essence sells and really enjoy purchasing the kiefs and vcdc syringes. We are also big fans of their rewards system since we visit so frequently. This used to be my favorite dispensary. The last two times I went here, the service wasn’t that good. The budtenders were friendly enough, but the service part fell short. The first time, it seemed to me like the budtender was pushing different strains on me, even though I told him I know pretty much specifically what I wanted. Then when I left he texted me saying that he made a mistake in my order and shorted me an item. When I went in tonight, the person who helped me didn’t use the tablet to take my order. When I went to the register, he didn’t remember what I told him and I had to go back and forth to have him bring me the correct items. I will return here and I hope I get one of the budtenders that I really enjoy dealing with. I do hope they continue to improve on the customer service part of the business.

Weed is awesome. To buy the ganja in this day in age is awesome. To get gangsterlious service while providing super fast in n out service is comfy as fluff! You can get anything you need in less then 2 mins if you’re like me know exactly what you want. Time is money and money is needed to get the ganja so I don’t like to waste it. But the best part of essence to me, isn’t the great selection of Mariganja, nor the fast friendly service from the security that greets you, counter check in to check out. It’s the fact that I can literally wake up, drive down to essence in one of my many comfy ass robes, look them dead in the eye with my bed hair and heart shaped robe and without a hiccup! Look at me like a normal person. Sometimes cucumbers taste better pickle.

Definitely one of the best dispensaries in Las Vegas. Great selection, friendly and informative staff, and the best specials for holidays.
I bought a defective vape cartridge and they refused to exchange it. It was hard to draw, it made my cheeks hurt. I went to the west Tropicana location to see if there was a way to fix it. They said they tested it, but all they did was fry my vape cartridge. It tasted burned and it was still hard to draw. From the minute I presented the defective product they were giving me attitude like I was lying or trying to scam them. I have no idea what their deal was. I was treated awful and I left feeling cheated. I will never go back to essence. Yeah, they are nice when they are trying to sell you something. Hopefully, you never have to return a bad product to them. They need to retrain their staff so they will have better customer service skills when it comes to dissatisfied customers. I will make sure to tell all my friends about my experience.
