We at The Dispensary NV operate on a different wavelength than other Nevada dispensaries. Each of our staff members is strongly guided by the company’s core values of customer service and education. Our emphasis on top-shelf customer service begins with our cultivation of strong relationships between our staff and patients. We believe that great customer service is more than a kind attitude. Finally tried The Dispensary Reno and glad I did! Nice and Clean with a great selection. I went in for Concentrates and was assisted by a great lady Budtender. She really knew her products, and took her time with me. The new Patient discount was still in effect and after spending $100 you get to spin a prize wheel to win some product! Best dispensary in town! Everyone there is SO COOL. Seriously, I always feel a teeny bit sad when I leave because I could easily stay longer. They’re so knowledgeable, I’ve learned so much from the bud-tenders each visit, I now feel like an expert! If it’s your first time, and you’re nervous, don’t be. They WILL take great care of you. Have questions? Ask. They’re great with answers! And if you use cannabis for your health, tell them and get specific. They can recommend strains for your exact illness. Bad experience with pot? They can help you figure out which to use and which to avoid. I can’t say enough great things about the shop! The Dispensary Reno ROCKS!
I went during an extremely busy time, waiting room was packed but I only sat for a few minutes! My bud tender Meagan was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Their selection AND stock was impressive and overall vibe was great! Def one of my fave stops.

Excellent staff and very clean and modern facility. Selection of flower is fantastic deals are always the cheapest I’ve found in Reno.
Staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. Even steering you away from the more expensive to get the better quantity per dollar value.
Edibles are awesome also. The cookies and cream chocolate bar is fantastic.
They also get you in and out of there in a speedy fashion.

The Dispensary here in Reno is an awesome place. I used to have my medi-card in San Diego, so I’ve seen my fair share of storefronts; the atmosphere here is like none of the rest. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the inventory always impresses. Keep it up!
Stopped in since it was super new. Obviously brand new when I walked in but pleasantly surprised that everyone was incredibly helpful, outgoing and high spirited. Very much looking forward to seeing their progress as they grow. Great meds and deals.

Me and my wife usually have a hard time having great experiences at dispensory due to social anxiety and always feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Not at the dispensory! They where very approachable, polite and knowledgeable. Our bud tender Sid was great at getting us just what we where asking for. they had great deals that made feel like we got a grate value for our money being the stoners on budgets that we are. The environment in the waiting room and main product room was also amazingly inviting and we both look forward to referring friends to the dispensory and we plan on be regulars.

Even though I live right behind another major dispensary, I always go to The Dispensary. Their online ordering is quick and easy, their point system is awesome, they carry good product and their staff is always friendly. Extra stars to Mirranda who I always seem to get at the pick up window and who always has me laughing on my way out the door.

Very nice well lit and friendly staff . The selection is large and they always have specials . I really like the sample containers they have I would like to touch the nugs but hey I understand . Great place and never packed or over priced like some other joints.

This place is very convenient with the online ordering option. The service is fast every time I come in without ordering online but it can get crowded in the parking lot. The bud tenders are nice and give you a heads up on saving money so that’s always a plus for me.

This review is long overdue. The Dispensary is a most exquisite spot for all your cannabis needs. The selection is second to none and the prices are fair, but it’s the staff that really launches this dispensary to the top of the heap in Reno. In particular, Jazz–Budtender extraordinaire, is reason enough to visit this store. Not only has Jazz NEVER steered me wrong on my bud needs, she understands the how and why of my medical and artistic needs as they relate to products The D offers. In addition, her positivity, empathy, and deep listening ensure that I am never disappointed with the products she suggests. As an added bonus, you may never encounter a creature as beautiful as this young woman. Her smile and greeting are inspiring. Jazz is also the most knowledgeable budtender I have ever encountered. Tell Jazz how you want to feel, or what kind of experience you are seeking, and she instantly knows the best strains to reccomend. Her spirit and love of cannabis are infectious. Her colleagues are also excellent and deserve major kudos in this review. I always know I am good hands at The D, whether I see Richelle, McKena, or Bobby. But Jazz is my talented encyclopedia of cannabis care and I always request her if she’s working. No wonder all of Reno has a crush on this woman. Talent, empathy, knowledge, and beauty all wrapped in a zig-zag of brilliance. I reccomend Jazz and The Dispensary without reservation.
Picked up some of the MTF here. Wow really great quality meds. Jay was super helpful and knowledgeable. Not pushy great customer service here. Also picked up a BaM 3 pack fruit joints super flavorful.
I ask about quality the cashier to me if I Don’t like what they have don’t come here.I was aware of my opinions before I got there.She continued to insult me and since she still working there You condone her conduct which was rude. and impolite she accuses me 9f calling her a liar which I didn’t say .Then I told her if she was listening maybe she would’ve understood what I was saying she continued to speak offensively to me I thought a manager would come didn’t happen.As I was leaving she seem very satisfied at how disrespectful she was to me just one of several bad experiences I have had here yes I told a manager but this is new and I think the money I spent pays the employees so should I just turn the other cheek NOT.I Hope Tahoe CANNABIS Interview customers cause I got a story to tell.I hope someone reading this understands how I feeland agrees this is unacceptable just my latest experience with them.I got the websites from another place cause my guess friends working together stick up for each other Right or Wrong BAD VIBES BAD COSTUMER SERVICES.YES VERY BAD.

Great employees, convenient location
first time visiting the shop waited in line for over 2 hours, second time was 45 minutes. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable but waiting in line is the major downfall.
I had a great experience here thanks to Haley J. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She advised me on the best products for my specific preferences and even suggested a great deal. I ended up buying more than I had originally intended and felt that I got a great value. Definitely will recommend to others based on my experience with Haley J.

This place is AMAZING. They have a new patient deal for December. If you’re a new patient you get 20% off your entire order for your first transaction. They also have daily 20% deals. Friendly staff, super knowledgeable bud tenders. Basically this place just gives off amazing vibes, chill people, great prices, and rockin discounts. For sure my number one place from now on!!!
I love going to this dispensary always has good deals.
They started out fairly well but have really let themselves go down. I was promised a compensatory package once from a distributor which they failed to honor and actually made worse, but I let it go.
Then their prices went up while the quantities went down. And I let that go.
But after being pressured into products I did not want and not given a receipt today, I am done. Three strikes and I am going elsewhere.
This place is clearly not for disabled vets on fixed incomes.
Love going here signed up for the rewards program it feels good building point and earning discounts. Want to say thanks to Jazz and Sarah for being vary nice and helpful!!! Glade that they care about building new customers!!!
I have been visiting The Dispensary for awhile now for revreational use. They are always friendly and attentive. Recently my preference has been to pick up a pre-order at the front window and skip the longer line on busy days. The budtenders at the front window Regina A. & Danielle are always very pleasant and helpful.

The Dispensary has turned into my favorite pot shop. The products are simply awesome and they have a few things that no one else in town carries. Please note, we like full grams of concentrates. It’s great to see more and more full grams available. The tenders have been really great here too, no rush, more than willing to show products.

Great location easy to find and get to
The budtender was very nice (I wish I could remember her name) and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere and not pushy. My only complaint was the line took a good 20 minutes, but you can’t really fault a place for being popular and not wanting to over-expand. Will come back next time I visit Reno!

Travelling around California I bought weed from many different clubs in numerous cities. Then I came to Reno and came to this place. By far the best quality weed I found anywhere. Most places have one or two really good strains, TheDispensary in Reno every one I tried was absolutely top notch. And I can’t stop thinking about Conchita my budtender. So knowledgable and helpful.
