5. My favorite place to come to when I’m making edibles, they have a really great selection on concentrates and the staff here is actually knowledgeable about the products they have. Zoya helped me pick out some dope strains! They also have 10$ grams!

8. This is as good as it gets. I found them on Leafly and noticed that they have GSC as well as several other flowers that work well for me. I visited and it was the best experience I have had yet at a dispensary. The location is beautiful, the product is top of the line, prices are in line and the service is exceptional. I had at least a passing conversation with at least 5 of the staff. The are knowledgeable, friendly,… The drive is a little further for me, but this is my new favorite dispensary and I would recommend it to anyone. I am super happy!

9. I am very impressed with the customer service and how professional and clean the overall environment felt. The quality is amazing and so are the deals they have. I would definitely recommend this place.

10. 10 out of 10 not recommended. Walked in and the lady behind the counter turned around simply waited 2 minutes to help us despite not having any other customers. Advertised deals online then wouldn’t honor them in store. Don’t waste your time or money.

15. Great selection and atmosphere as well location. Been their a few times and love the moxie cartridges and flower variety. Budtender Doug was awesome with his knowledge and vibe during the whole process. Recommend anyone looking for top shelve.

24. Went in last night, 2/20, and was helped by Jaie! She was amazing! Very helpful! Very informative! And was able to save me some money on my concentrates! For Waxy Wednesday! If you’re ever in that area at night! Go ask for Jaie! That woman is amazing at what she does!

27. I love all the BlA1/4m locations and the budtenders! The Decatur location is one of my faves cuz it’s close to home as the budtenders know their stuff! I’ve been served by Misa, Adam and another young lady and they all knew their stuff. The one young lady had all the same ails as me and she knew exactly what I was looking for, which put me at ease. Misa is always on it with her knowledge of the strains, she’s a pro. As for Adam, who doesn’t like a young man like him helping me out on one of the days I was there. He of course knew his stuff and what he liked and the effects of the flowers I needed for pain. I definitely recommend this location and all the workers!

30. This is definitely my favorite dispensary in Vegas. They consistently have the best buds with the best prices. I can go to Blum with the confidence that if they have what I need, I don’t need to shop around.

    Not only that, but they have FAR AND AWAY the best budtenders in town. (Dispensaries around here employ people that don’t know squat about the medicine that they sell but signed up for the job, because weed. I certainly don’t trust them to recommend medication.) Blum’s budtenders are so different. They are incredibly knowledgeable about not only the strain effects, but also the terpene profiles that are best for my conditions. They take the time to understand what I’m looking for and are so easy to talk to.

    I cannot recommend this dispensary enough. <3

31. Best dispensary in town! First, I must say the NYC Diesel recommended to me was probably the best flower I’ve ever had! Thank you Adam the budtender!!! Free 8th of Kosher Tangie was great as well. They have awesome prices on edibles and Charlotte’s Web CBD Oil. Great prices and great atmosphere. Nice selection of concentrates too. Will be my main spot!!

32. This is my Favorite dispensary rite here because the service is superb..flowers always fresh ..and the service is done with a smile.. And the Women there ALL SUPER FINE now that’s how u make a impression… Oh and did i mention the women @ blum… Fine.. Love this place..

33. I came in last night it was my first time so I got a free 1/8 with a $25 purchase medicine was a little dry but other than that friendly staff the budtender was very helpful showed me around, I would highly recommend to anyone I will Def be going back:)

35. I’m genuinely shocked at the negative reviews this place has received; I’ve received nothing but kind and exemplary service each time I’ve given them my business. The ambiance of this dispensary is calm and modern, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The 20% discount for veterans is what keeps me so loyal, most dispensaries only offer a 10% discount. I highly recommend this dispensary and company!

37. Blum Decatur is my new favorite shop! The staff is always super friendly. The staff is always ready to answer any of my questions and they know what they are talking about. It’s a great atmosphere better than the cold boring places where the whole experience is through a glass cage. It feels comfortable and inviting. They have great prices and product! Thanks Blum you are my new go-to place for my meds!

40. I will not go back. I shop around for quality, service and price. I need a combination of all 3. I questioned a server named Kory about a student discount the site stated this dispensary offered and she couldn’t give a straight answer. I questioned her on her favorite strain and she seemed as though it was a silly question. Customer service is about being here and now and providing customers with answers. I feel this place failed at that today.

41. Very cool staff, although they are currently out of stock of flower. They were very friendly and also offer daily deals when stocked up. My budtender was fantastic, nice and pleasant to deal with. She was apologetic and even took the time to look up other shops for me that may have flower available. I would definitely come back

45. Never had any dispensary experience like Blum before! Not just a dispensary! Come here to find out what you need and to learn a thing or two! Such knowledgable workers! Adam the budtender opened my eyes to so much about that I cannot thank him enough. What originally started as a quick stop for some medication ended up being a educational and amazing experience. Thanks Blum for keeping it real and having heart!

46. Waiting area had a 20 minute wait, but there was no line. My bud tender Kori the Hawaiian girl had excellent customer service and was able to help me find a great strain (SnakeEyesOG.)

Like any dispensary, you need to know what brands are what and really you need to experience who makes good product and who doesn’t, in my humble opinion their new platinum cookies from green therapeutics is really competing with Polaris right now, the medicine is stickier than glue I swear. Adam is a g and always keeps it professional and two other girls that sometimes help me are great bud tenders as well, exceptional dispensary coming from someone who is picky about their cannabis.

49. I purchased an 1/8th of some AK-47 at Blum and was delighted to be able to pay with my debit card. (Most dispensaries only deal in cash). It was good pot too. Unfortunately when they ran my card they forgot to give me my 20% Veterans discount. I called them on it (They were already aware I was a Vet. The Budtender and I discussed my 20% discount prior to purchase). She apologized for the error, cancelled the debit card transaction, and told me it would be 3-7 days before the amount was put back on my card. No big deal. It was only 40 bucks anyway. My card was ran again to pay for my purchase with the proper discount. Okay. Fast forward 14 days and the money was still not credited back to my card so I went in to talk to them about it. The Manager in charge (nice guy) figured out where the error was. (It was Blum’s fault and not their bank’s fault). He fixed the problem, but told me it would be another 7 days to have the money returned to my bank. For the trouble, he offered me an additional 15% discount on top of any other discounts I was eligible for, if and when I decided to come back in and purchase some more product. He put a notation on my account to alert the next staff member about the additional discount for when I returned.. 7 days later the money was put back into my account (I was grateful). I went back in to take advantage of the additional 15% I would have on top of my 20% Veterans discount for my next purchase. After I chose the items I was going to buy, to my surprise, I was told by my Budtender (Nice Guy) that the most he could give me was a 25% discount. (There was a note in my profile telling them I was to receive the additional 15% discount, no questions asked). The Budtender did confer with the Manager on duty but they were steadfast about the 25% discount and not the 35% I was previously promised. So I again paid for my product (Good pot again), but left with a huge disappointment about making a promise to me and then not delivering on that promise. There are a few things that are of the utmost importance with regard to business associates and customers. Honesty, integrity and being a person of your word. Promising me one thing and then not being able to deliver on it (twice) will make ‘me’ think ‘twice’ about returning to their dispensary. That is real unfortunate. I really liked going there. But, on the bright side, there are 24 other dispensaries in Las Vegas. We’ll see if they can keep their word on promises they make to their customers. (Note: I gave them one star to make a point, but the store atmosphere and the quality of product were both good. It was the service (as stated above) that made the experience poor). Bummer.
