I was hesitant to call because these guys have probably been getting millions of calls from people like me, but whoever I spoke to was more than happy to research the information with me over the phone.

5. i was going to buy an 8th of black afghan but when i saw the jar the bids looked amazing so i asked for a half oz instead…. so they went to the back repackaged a quarter of good bud and then trew in the other half of nothing but nasty popcorn nuggs just because i asked for a larger amount… keep in mind i payed 215 for that and they were smart about the packaging for i wouldnt b able to see the mess they were giving me…. not lying this was the worst service ive ever recieved and i payed for the highest cuality flower and got screwed by this place

17. I randomly stopped in today with my boyfriend to check out the sources grand opening after seeing their sign. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the product. Registration was very easy and they took my California rec. I felt very comfortable purchasing my medication. I will definitely be back soon.

18. I always have pleasant visits at The Source. Their name tells it all. That one place you can assure on being satisfied with your medicine. The staff goes above and beyond with their service. So many strains to choose from that will all leave you on blissful buzz.

    I’ll be back soon and I hope you guys check them out. Also, me being a 1st time patient, received 20% on top of $10 off which was amazing. Not sure if thats still going but pay them a visit, you shouldn’t be disappointed.

19. The Source is a wonderland. The selection is broad, the advisors are cannabis geniuses and the tellers are beautiful. We, cannabis enthusiasts, go to dispensaries in the hope of find people more knowledgeable about our chosen hobby than we are; this is one of the rare places where that’s the case.

    Special thanks to Corey (patient advisor) for being professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my grandmother who has early onset dementia. You’re my new hero.

20. This is pretty much my go-to place for medicine. The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful. Their prices are decent for Las Vegas and they usually have a good sale or two going on. The quality of product here has always been superb.

21. Tonight was my first experience here at The Source and I couldn’t be any more satisfied. I walked in and was greeted by an extremely nice woman and the staff all around, made you feel like you’re in a safe zone, and I left with quality choices. I bought a battery/pine Apple express cartridge, and Medihaze flowers. I highly recommend this dispensary for friendly people!

I’ve visited three times I think the atmosphere is great and their concentrates list is amazing there flower selection is great staff knowledge is average. there is one amazing woman behind the glass who when I said I couldn’t find more then one cbd flower came out from the other side and spent 5 mins showing me all the cbd option which I had no idea. Chris the GM is a really great guy who’s doing things for the cannabis community. I love the rainbow location set up inside and out. however I dislike the tax which in my opinion should be included the quality is good and the prices are decent. no bag fee. all around good spot.

39. Nice selection, but pricey. Also be weary of their “sale” items. Bought $400 worth of different items, of which was 1.5 grams of Moxie shatter that was on sale. Asked why it was on sale and was told overstocked. Got home and the “best by” date was well expired by 3 months, and it showed. Something a shady dealer would do. My 2nd visit and may be my last. Will give them an opportunity to make it right. Flower has been OK. Still new to the scene. Disappointed, my neuromuscular disease was very apparent that day. Scummy.

Everything is easy to find and plenty of floor people to answer questions and cashiers for a quick checkout. The people who have questions at the counter are what takes so long, but that’s only because the staff makes sure every question is answered!

56. Absolutely amazing shop just left there for my first time! I tried going on monday memorial day but they were closed, didnt bother me much knew i had time to check it out today. So i show up it was the fastest friendliest sign up i have yet to encounter and for inconvenience of being close early monday i got a free gram! In and out at ease doesnt feel like a vault or jail im blown away from it !

57. I wanted to like this dispensary. It’s close to home, close to other places I shop, and on a bus line that goes near where I live. Unfortunately, I have had negative experiences both times I visited.

    On my first visit, I had looked through the menu on their own website (not Leafly or Weedmaps, but their very own website). I noted an edible which I wanted to try for my osteoarthritis. I haven’t gotten my medical card yet because I want to find out if the medicines work for me before I go through the red tape and expense. Their website has a section for medical products, and has notes for individual items which are for medical patients only. This item was in a general section with no indication that it was restricted. When I made the trip to the dispensary specifically to get this item, I was told it was medical only. When I told the budtender that there was no note on the website and that I had made a special trip for it, he wasn’t even remotely concerned and certainly not apologetic.

    Strike one.

    One my second visit, I noted a flower on the weedmaps menu that I wanted. The page indicated that the menu had been updated 20 minutes earlier. I went straight to the dispensary and was told that the item had sold out the previous day.

    Strike two.

    While there, I looked at their “Acapulco Gold” flower. Oddly, it was listed with about 9% THC and about 14% CBD. I have never heard of a high-CBD Acapulco Gold. This product would seem to be something different, with completely different effects from Acapulco Gold. However, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and asked a budtender if he could explain how this high-CBD version came to be. He responded, “I don’t really know anything about any of these strains”. He flipped through some papers and then told me it must be Acapulco Gold crossed with some unknown strain. In which case it wouldn’t be Acapulco Gold.

    Strike three.

58. This is definitely my favorite dispensary and I’ve been to a few. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that the flower is tangible in a jar with a top you can open to smell, as other dispensary’s they are in a glass case, or even worse, just on a menu.

59. I have visited this shop once before. I decided to come back when I got an email about 710 specials , I’m a bargain shopper so I just had to go . Congrats to the source for 710 followers on Instagram !!! when I arrived the staff held the door for me ,That is rare now a days . 69. Las Vegas turned out! This location was lined out the door. The wait went by really fast thanks to the wonderful staff. Once i was in the Source, the staff helped me tremendously and i was in and out without feeling rushed. This was a great experience and i even signed up for their loyalty program. They have great strains and edibles, you will not be disappointed.

This WAS my favorite spot because they didn’t have long wait times and I didn’t need to spend TOO much.. but since they raised prices on everything (even including the low end “value” strains) I won’t be coming back. There are other dispensaries in town not far away selling quality bud for less than $19/G($22 something after tax) .. and “value” bud less than $15/G

75. I’ve been to over 17 different dispensaries in LV and for some reason I always find myself coming back to ‘The Source’. They are consistent in all facets including quality meds (I love the oil carts and syringe selection) great customer service and great deals! They also offer discounts for veterans and have a rewards program which is very cool! My go to spot for sure!

I was able to get what I wanted quickly and all my questions were answered. Lillie is who helped me check out and she was gracious enough to explain how the reward program worked. 85. The only store I go to. Someday, I will try one of the other 40+ stores in Nevada, but right now I have no reason to do so. I like the simple 3-category pricing, and the staff is extremely helpful. No, I don’t get in to in-depth conversations with them about which terpene is “good for hiking” and such, as I tend to do research for myself, but as far as a place to quickly purchase and be on my way, The+Source has been great. Yes, they use paper instead of iPads, and no, they may not have some specific strains that all the cool people on YouTube were smoking a year ago, but who the eff cares? They carry what seems to be most NV growers’ stock, and if you can’t find something you like here, then maybe it’s time to rein in your snobbery and remember that legal and regulated cannabis was an impossible dream a few short years ago. In summary, great staff, excellent products, good prices, convenient location on the west side. Go here, go home, and smoke up.

Exploding wax SFV OG avoid like the plague, then they tried to say it was my quartz or my heating method lmao…never in my life even blasting my own have I EVER come across wax that caught flame like a match when put against heated glass. Customer service needs work, some flower and most of the concentrate products are overpriced, the management’s resolve was I got offered 25% off then changed to 20% at window like I didn’t notice, then when I had only $20 to work with I was delayed the discount b/c they comped me .30 cents total in change from purchases in the past (although each time they did that I offered to go outside to my car and grab change and they said “no worries we got you”) and apparently they keep tabs on comping you spare change. At that point I rescinded my transaction because it was getting petty at this point (why was I buying more there after being this upset?), left highly disappointed and now writing an email directed to their owner.

It always brightens my day to see Olivia when I check in. She’s always very friendly, and makes me feel very welcome in the store. Apart from the incredible staff, this is arguably the cleanest facility I’ve ever been in. The product is easy to see and assess, and is of excellent quality time and time again. If you’re a fan of concentrates, The Source has their own line of concentrates sold in their stores. They come packed with delicious flavor, and are of superb quality. I would recommend this store to any person interested in having a great experience when buying cannabis. Whether you are a first time buyer, or an experienced smoker, The Source has the right product, at a reasonable price, and the outstanding staff will be happy to help you find what you need.

107. My visit at The Source was not a negative experience. I was captivated by their selection of concentrates. The man assisting me however, was not very knowledgeable, and if he was, he didn’t voice it. Aside from that the free cooke was awesome (46.8 mgs) and the black friday deal made my half gram of was heaper than I was expecting. Over-all good experience. The rewards program alone is worth returning for.

109. Awesome place! VERY well-stocked with wax and other concentrates. They have a decent selection of flower, and multiple price tiers to take advantage of as well as some discounts. I stopped in on my birthday and Rina took care of me with a free preroll and some amazing service. He was honestly what set it apart from being another cool dispensary; you can get good bud almost anywhere, but when you have that kind of customer service, why would you go anywhere else?! 113. Great Shop. Super duper friendly staff. They don’t get any nicer. Good selection, with daily stock changes for a never ending variety. The best part…. All of their sample strain smell boxes are on a shelf with a re-tractor cord attached. This allows you to browse without feeling like you’re in a jewelry store and can only look at one item at a time. You can pick up as many containers as you like to compare smells and strain data without hassle or staff fear of theft. A very organized shop with prices and selection easily identifiable.

     I wanted to order a t-shirt, and they tried to find my size, to no avail. It took a bit of time for them to look through their inventory, they apologized for the delay and then gave me a free ‘Kush Master’ Pre-Roll to make up for it. (All without me complaining or asking for anything). How nice is that? A great shop and if you did not hear me before, super cool/nice staff. I will be going back, and back, and back again. Highly recommended.

127. Last week I stopped by The Source to get some cones & rolling papers, and a little bit of CBD flower. I was lucky to have as my patient consultant a SUPER nice lady by the name of “Shy”. Shy is also one of the managers, so I was lucky to have her taking care of me. She is very knowledgeable, and provided me with a level of customer service beyond compare! If you are lucky enough to have Shy as your patient consultant (or “budtender” if you are recreational), you will know what I am talking about. The Source is a great dispensary with fantastic staff members!

The humans that are helping you decide on what to get haven't seen one that doesn't know what they are talking about yet. The prices are amazing, the deals are better. When I first got here Carla helped me find what I needed and saw that I was 2 dollars and 11 cents short, she smiled and said its on us, next visit paid back the tax that I owed. after very many visits, it was inevitable someone would go wrong, I got some prerolls, and they were too loose and too tight, Christopher made sure that I got replacements of the prerolls (verifying that what I said was truthful bringing back the pre rolls to show him) that I had so I could make sure that I would get my medicine correctly. When I got home with the replacements and yet again was too tight I just ripped it open and put it in my bowl. When I told him about this happening a second time, he just gave me another preroll even after I said I didn't want it because of the level of customer service that I received in response for their product being messed up. As I said before I will not go anywhere else until CSR is not what the standard they have set is. Courtney whom I visited recently were talking about trying to get rid of the carcinogens in my medicine admin, so without even thinking twice, she gave me a free thing of their butter and put it on my toast with natural strawberry jam, and due to my thoracic back protruding from the recent accident I was in due to a stupid human thinking they are good at life to operate a car and their cellphone at the same time I've had to increase my dosage but the one piece of toast lessened the pain by its self from the constant 13 to a mellow 3-5. 206. I’m a rec customer. I came to this shop mainly because they seemed to have the largest selection of cartridges. Mark (who reminded me of a favorite HS teacher) helped me pick some out from a large selection. He knew the store’s stock and was able to answer my questions about what the rules and limits are for rec purchases. Mark was great. I got some prerolls with a discount for buying 6. There was an ok selection on prerolls but he said they were starting to run pretty low. Nice selection of candies (lots of different hard candies and also chocolate). I didn’t look at any other kinds of products besides the things I came for–the shop was crowded enough at this time which didn’t invite browsing, and the checkout line looked to be at least 10 minutes long. However, I got there, got registered, got in the outside line, spent a while chatting with Mark, got in the payment line, waited for the cashier to assemble my purchase, paid, and was back in my car in about 30 minutes. I think for how busy it looked, that was great timing. I really respected how they recognized medical customers and let them go straight in and to a separate payment line. Parking lot had a lot of characters wandering around, I almost asked someone from the shop to walk me to my car when I left. Thankfully inside the shop was clean and modern with very slick wood and glass display cases. The waiting area has a glass wall into the shop so you can see right in–which is especially nice because you can’t see into the shop at all from the sidewalk. The vibe inside is kind of like an upscale, modern eyeglasses shop. The overall look was not overly warm and inviting but not clinical either, and the employees all were very nice and friendly which is probably more important. And now you know wayyyy too much about one woman’s visit to The+Source on 7/11 around noon.

The sales people had said there were problems with them but their manager refused to exchange it. I was super nice about it, but the more I thought about it I felt I should inform others.
