2. The products are fantastic at this dispensary and the prices are fair. The staff on the other hand was not very helpful. I had gone in with my boyfriend and they answered every one of his questions. Whenever I asked a question it was not answered. Then when I went in by myself the staff was very demeaning towards me. It was very difficult to get a straightforward answered. Let other customers step in the middle of my transaction and ask him questions. Then when I got home I had no receipt in my bag. may I also point out that I have PTSD and I gave up my medical card because recreational became legal. I shouldn’t have to go pay for a medical card for something that’s legal to be treated fairly. Hopefully the staff gets more training so that the dispensary can flourish. That is the only thing that this dispensary is lacking.

3. so this was my first time buying from a dispensary. now i have been an avid smoker for at least 35 years. i bought 4 different strains atf, 3 pac, 9lb. hammer, and dYOE og kush. i got home and had to try all of them with in a 10 min time frame and i was ripped all strains had supper great flavor. now the 1/4 purple kush that i had from a friend had a chemical taste that i never noticed before and after smoking what i got from green leaf i will not smoke the stuff i had. especially since the prices at green leaf are very competitive to street prices and less than most other dispensary’s. green leaf has a new lifetime customer. i absolutely love this place. they are very knowledgeable and professional.

5. I love this place…very casual-yet-professional, friendly folks. Good selection of flower, much of which they grow themselves. They had my fave flower…Pre-98 Bubba Kush. The prices are right with great daily deals. This will be a regular stop for me…

7. I like their vape cartridge selection and the occasional 1/8 of flower. The flower can be a little dried out and bland tasting at times, as if not correctly cured and possibly dried too quickly. Other than that the people working their have a great positive attitude that keeps me coming back, even though the prices aren’t the cheapest, they are still pretty competitive.

8. My first visit was on there opening day. They hooked me up! Ron and Tammy (I think that was their names) were helpful, very friendly. I will go back in the furture. I loved that Ron showed me everything and made sure it was correct. To many times I have gone to another place in the area and my orders gets messed up. I don’t end up finding it out until I get home. This sucks as I drive 30+ miles just to get stuff.

   **update**
   I went back in yesterday, the guy who helped me was okay. I would of liked to have known more detail info on the flower we talked about. Like cbd amount, terpenes, if it is a hybrid, is it more sativa or indica. Otherwise you guys are doing a great job.

9. I was so impressed with Greenleaf Wellness. Don’t be detoured by the construction work because it’s worth checking this place out! I was warmly greeted by the front desk girl. Registering as a new patient was swift and easy. I barely had to wait which was a big plus considering I was on a time crunch. Additionally, I love the interior of this place… very bright and clean. I was greeted into the bud room by a knowledgeable budtender who genuinely cared about what I needed and he even offered me new suggestions to my usual purchases. Not upwelling me but rather expanding my options with better ones. Greenleaf is hands down my new favorite dispensary in town. The selection, quality of products and customer service sets them apart in my eyes. The people made me feel like I was a valued patient and not just a cash paying customer. I will definitely be back and can’t wait to see this place become an excellent and established dispensary in town.

12. These guys are the best. I’ve been everywhere in Reno and this one tops the list. Went in today, and after a mixup at the front desk that let a few people go ahead of me, the manager paid for my order out of his pocket, and apologized for the delay. I’ve never seen service like that in any business ever. These guys (and gals) found a customer for life!

24. Wonderful service, quality, and by far the best prices. I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. With an 8th of Blue Dream and an 8th of Gorilla Glue for less than $80 after tax!!! Good luck getting that deal at any other dispensary, that is easily $100+ order anywhere else. I have found my new favorite spot.
