2. Releaf is my favorite place to go. They are always nice upbeat people all around. I enjoy walking in and seeing everyone and talking to them about what’s new in store if they have any new strains and are able to give a good description of how each strain breaks down individually. Very knowledgeable about everything. I enjoy all the strains that come thru. Some are dryer then others but it’s not releafs fault. Every dispensary has the same product. Looking forward to this place expanding even more. I enjoy the waiting area they have very relaxing environment with big long red lounges to relax comfortably and read your cannabible and drink complimentary water or oats and honey bar. The menu in the waiting room is big and has a list of all the strains they have in store with little facts alternating on the side about cannabis. The back room is neat. The display cases they are really bring out the products. They have sweet glass on display. You might be able to buy it. Super fancy. They have gold papers.l aswell as other amenities for all your needs. Vapes etc. thanks everyone for the help. I’ll always come back.

17. Im an out of state patient and was on vacation from CT. Had a major fibromyalgia flare up and had no medication. They got me in quick, so kind and generous. Very informative. They showed me strains that would fit me best for my symptoms and I have no complaints. The flower quality (I got Strawberry Cough and Trainwreck) was perfect and probably the best I’ve ever smoked. And the kief (Fire Alien Kush), which I’ve never had before, was great. Took all the pain away and worked within minutes. The provided me with everything I needed and when I return to Vegas, I will definitely be making a stop at Las Vegas ReLeaf

21. I bought an ounce of the lavender Jones here and was extremely disappointed. It was so dry it literally crumbled to dust was not cured and tasted like it had nutrient burn. Worse than all of that it doesn’t really work it claims to be almost 20% but it just gives me a headache. Be warned.

28. First off the dispensary location is in a high crime area in a strip mall near the old Sahara if you are from Vegas you know what I mean. Also terrible customer service regarding the ziplock bag they force you to buy for $3, you can find those bags for around 50AC/..Don’t understand why these people are trying to nickel and dime people who are sick trying to get their medicine. Will not be back ..

There was a bit of a wait to see a budtender but he was very helpful when we got in, not sure if the people ahead of us were slow or what because we made it through quick once we got to the counter. Maybe 35-40 minutes total from enter to exit, about 25 minutes were just waiting for our number to get called. Candy Jack Crumble is top notch for curiosity/creativity/conversation, very light taste with a disposable dabber.

41. I went here for the first time 2 weeks ago and was sold the worst meds ever. Stay away ! Smoking parsley is more therapuetic than the crap I was sold. I am 68 and I was taken advantage of. I bought a half and it lasted only 2 weeks and did not get any benefit from it, I bought a quarter from euphoria previously and it lasted approximately 3 months and helped my problems. STAY AWAY!

49. This was my first time at the dispensary and I was beyond impressed with the friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I am a nurse and I highly recommend medicinal marijuana. I have been researching THC and CBD effects on the body and physiological impacts of disease processes; the woman who assisted in my purchase was beyond knowledgeable regarding CBD and THC. Kudos. 50. Bad location. It’s in a crappy area off the strip. The inside is very nice, staff very friendly. the prices were expensive. They give you this special bag to take the product out in. Keep it! Because it’s what you will need on your next trip. Medicine was top quality. The presentation was very nice but in my opinion overkill. I think that’s why the price maybe a little high.

55. RIght off the strip, this place is close to the freeway and very accessible! Security greets you upon entry and verifies paperwork. Afterwards you’re buzzed (no pun intended) into the waiting area that screams Vegas! Bright yet subtle, warm colors decorate the place with a HUGE monitor/menu on the wall to show you what’s in stock… In the waiting are you are usually offered a snack of some sort along with a beverage. Once you’re checked in again in the waiting area, you will make your final journey to “heaven” or wherever you budtender and meds are. The budtenders are very knowledgeable about the current strains in stock! Overall a glorious experience. #bless

68. I’ll start with this, finally hope has arrived! I’m 44 years old and have been smoking pot for the better half of my life. Going into releaf was like going to the toy store like I was 10 again! Surprising to me was the way the staff conducted themselves! PROFESSIONAL is the best word to use, all though KNOWLEDGABLE is another. KC was my dispensary agent and she knows her product and listened to my needs and gave me great advice of what leaf I needed and edibles and I could go on and on about ms. KC, she is awesome and kind! Spencer and Juliana get shout outs as well!! Great people, great product and thank god it’s legal! If safety is your concern don’t let it because they have security as well but it didn’t seem needed to me but I’m glad it’s there! Price is more than fair and their advice is free because you can’t tip them at all! That’s one of the reasons I’m writing this review!

71. Drove in from California and forgot my meds 🙁 I found this spot online and thought I’d give it a try. They offered a 10% first time discount but the medical tax was 15% lol an eighth was $60 which is way to high for a state that permits medical use. Since they buy large quantities they pay no more than $6 a gram. Which is $2688 roughly a pound. At $60 an eighth They make $7680 They are clearly following in the footsteps of the casinos and only think of profits. Please support the smaller clinics to increase competion so patients can receive their medicine at reasonable prices. I started doing the math in front of the manager and was asked to leave. I was not able to voice my concern so I hope this helps

Even with millions of in depth questions I have about a particular strain. They never get annoyed with my constant questions. ETA’s are faster than other places I gotten delivery from. 106. It was convenient to my hotel, which was also close to a public transit rail stop. I like that they accepted out-of-state medical cards. They offered many specials for their customers, including one for 1st time visitors. I can’t say for sure, as this was my 1st time visiting a dispensary, but I thought I’d see more diversity in selection. My D.A. took a lot of time with me to explain the usage, care and attributes of products that I was not familiar with. She even offered her personal preferences and why. 121. The place is ok, and I have had two good experiences here but the last one turned me off for good. I would NOT recommend this place at all, as there are great dispensaries just around the corner (literally). After I signed up for the promotional text list, I received a text about a 2-day sale on 1/8s of Green Crack. I arrived well before closing, and was told they “just” ran out and they had no substitute nor rain check. In retail we call this a “bait and switch”. The text provided no information about quantity limits or supplies. Even after I presented this information, the “manager” offered a 10% discount and that was all. Further evidence for the bamboozle.

Keep in mind before entering that the people that work here at the front have no concept of “please” and “thank you” just so you don’t have the same experience I did. In the back, they are incredibly friendly. David was so knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of strains. 129. The wait time was awful. As a first time patient, with only one established patient ahead of me, the process was nearly 3 hours from start to finish.

     They cater more to people looking for a good high. There aren’t many useful CBD products for patients with real illnesses.

     There were lots of hidden costs, outside of the normal taxes.

     They also make you pay for the bag, without telling you.

     The quality of the medicine itself was mid grade at best. There were seeds in mine, indicating that it wasn’t a true sensi. I’ve been to other dispensaries that did not provide this lack luster experience. I would not recommend this place, unless you have a lot of time to kill, extra money to spend and don’t really care if the flowers turn to dust, and have seeds.

     I have visited a couple of times over the last few months. Great one on one service. Budtenders are all knowledgeable and helpful.

     Ive always visited as a medical patient, but recently went with my best friend who is recreational. I appreciate that medical patients can go before recreational users, as the recreational line was long! But, it only went recreational that week, so it’s what I expected.

     She visited multiple other dispensaries and was let down by the budtender not being helpful, or the entire operation being chaotic. I insisted she should go to Las Vegas Releaf with me, and she’s forever a customer now, too!

     Thank you guys for all your help! You’re all amazing! Can’t wait to come back. I’ll admit, I take trips to Las Vegas JUST to visit!

141. Best place to go as a tourist or convention goer. Literally 1 block away from the SMS Monorail Station. I’m 51 and literally novice idea of hybrid strains or wax or anything more than Sativa vs. Indico. Justin absolutely rocks. Immediately enlightened me to all the ways to consume not only the difference in strains, but the consumption methods. I ended up buying disposable pen that works so great in addition to my flower and edible purchases. I spent more than I planned, but the place is so great it’s got its own ATM or you can use your debit card. Again, if you in vegas and want a recreational spot without taking multiple uber rides, see Justin.

142. Absolutely amazing!!! Came here from the Midwest and was ignorant to the last Vegas laws and got screwed by one of the first dispensary we went to. Releaf was the second option and I was very impressed the guy that helped us (Kyle) was awesome and found us exactly what we wanted. The best part is he hooked me up with a pre-rolled. Amazing place and will be visiting again for a fact.

148. I liked this place better the first time I went, than the second time. I think the first strains I got, Lavender, 9 lb Hammer and Fire Alien Kush were just better done. Lavender is probably my favorite strain here, with Blue Kush being my least favorite. A couple of the strains, Enzo Kush and Afterlife OG, had a weird feel to the buds when I broke them apart and were not as neatly trimmed as the other strains. There were a lot of dark green leaves I had to pluck off and throw in the ashtray. Leaves don’t have many cannabinoids, they are mostly chlorophyll, so they are harsher to smoke and ruin the taste. Those two strains also had kind of an earthy, musty, plant or compost smell to them that I wouldn’t associate with marijuana. They tasted better when you smoke them, but it was still there a little bit of it lingering. Maybe it is the environment they are grown in? I tried a pre-roll of the Pure Sunshine and thought it was extremely harsh. It may be due to the Raw papers, which I think are harsh and dirty compared to Elements or regular old Zig Zags. They get a lot of hype for being organic hemp papers, but they are overrated in my opinion. I would prefer to buy the nugs and roll my own with the paper of my choice. That said, the buds here are the most beautiful looking in town. But after smoking them a couple weeks the meds are more harsh, not as tasty and not as effective as the other place I go. They are much more “editorial,” though, they will look good in a magazine.

The 9lb hammer had great bag appeal but just lacks that oomph. They must be learning how to grow and Im sure it will get better.

172. I was blown away by this location after having visited some other dispensaries in Las Vegas and Denver.

     Processing time is quick – probably around 5 minutes. It might help speed you along if you fill your form out online beforehand.

     Their waiting area is well-decorated with lots of comfortable seating – more of a lounge vibe than a dispensary waiting area. They have free snacks, candy, and water for you while you wait. And the wait time isn’t even long enough to justify all of that!

     Onto the back room. Super professional and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been to other dispensaries where they almost try to shame you out of buying any lower price strains like “You don’t want that… You want this other strain” and the other strain costs double per gram. Definitely had a comfortable experience here with no pressure to buy anything I didn’t ask about.

     Not any great incentives for return patients (you can get a free Big Mac haha), but 10% off for first time patients. Remember the 15% tax on top of listed prices. Still worth it because their flowers look like great quality. What they were showing off in the case is exactly what I got – not some subpar, stem-filled version.

173. Releaf is a highly professional dispensary, with compassionate, knowledgeable people. I had the problem with the 1/2 oz, and had only discussed it with a budtender, who didn’t really understand the situation. I went back and asked to see the manager, and Danielle came right out, she knew who I was and how much business I do there and she just asked “What can I do to make you happy?” I had a sheet of paper with calculations of THC contents and quantities and I gave it to her, with the conclusion that I would be made whole and be delighted if they would give me another 1.9 g of the lower THC. She gave me 2 g of the higher THC. So now I’ve been shopping there happily for over 2 years, and this last incident proves their commitment to integrity and going the extra mile for patients. They are a solid gold 5.5 stars, I can only give 5.

     My use of cannabis is largely medicinal, although I am not registered for medical. My medical needs range from Bi-polar disorder, anxiety and insomnia to chronic pain, to list a few. Having done my own research before going in, I knew what I wanted but still asked the staffs advice on my choices. They made one adjustment for daytime pain relief and the rest was on target.
     The day of my first visit to Releaf was the first time I had been without pain in over 10 years. Prescription pain meds barely touch the pain and for once, I had the relief I had been seeking!
     Having used low grade marijuana for years, I knew it would help with the mental issues, but there is no comparison between low grade, and medical grade. My anxiety and insomnia has been much better the last few weeks and I am finally getting the sleep I’ve missed for 25+ years.
     All of that said, sure, I can go purchase what I need at many dispensaries, many carry the same strains and the edibles and other things are similar. However, I am loyal to business that know how to treat their customers, and Releaf shines in customer service. I would absolutely recommend them for first time customers, and I will continue shopping here.

Upon entering I made sure to ask if he was able to sit in the waiting room. The young man behind the glass literally relayed that he could not go in the waiting area, but if told otherwise, then we aren’t allowed to discuss cannabis together or “exchange money” while in the waiting room. I 100% respect any dispensary’s regulations, but I have to admit that it seemed sketchy because my intent was to purchase medical marijuana for myself. With that being said it was a sigh of “releaf” (see what I did there) when my name was called to enter another door. My budtender was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely honest when it came to answering my questions. The overall atmosphere was very inviting. This location has 4 out of the 5 strains I need so of course I will be a repeat patient or use their delivery service in the future!

I really loved the fact that they are environmentally conscious as well – the intake forms aren’t paper, they’re plastic coated forms the staff erases for re-use. They also have reusable bags, thank you for caring! 252. Just picked up one of the new O.pen Vape Craft Reserve cartridges and I’m thoroughly impressed. I especially liked that it has a locking mechanism and multiple watt settings. I feel like O.pen Vape is the Apple of the cannabis community. They just keep coming out with sleek, new products and deliver exactly want the consumer wants.

     That being said it was yet another great experience at Releaf. I also picked up some SFV OG. I’m used to SFV being more sativa but this was rather balanced; maybe even a little on the indica side which was a nice change of pace. From the outside signage (or lack of it) you would not have put two and two together.

Nice sized LED going on the wall, listing a broad menu with a big comfortable red couch in the waiting area.      I happened to mention I was in the business and an associate of mine does business with them. Before you know it, I met their Marketing Manager as well as a Co-Founder, both of which were great, personable and clearly, very proud of their establishment and were a lot of fun to hang with and talk to, as was the crew in back that I met as we entered the main product area. 280. Great atmosphere and friendly knowledgeable staff! There is a “process” that is quite awkward to simply get your medication. You must travel through 3 different areas (something you don’t do at any other types of pharmacies, Walgreens, CVS etc). 1st Security, 2nd A Waiting/Verification Area and 3rd but not least Heaven, Lol Kidding.. the 3rd Area is where your local budtender greets and treats you! I know that we are in the baby stages to the end of prohibition on cannabis and hope to look back on these days with laughter. Anywho, Las Vegas Releaf is a Vegas on Cannabis…

283. I would like to know why this location is so expencive? I have not shopped here because the menu is over priced… $14 pre rolls? The reef has 1g pre rolls for $5 and next door at Essence you get them for $7… You also don’t have a very enticeing first time discount~ Do you plan on being over priced or getting my bussiness?

285. Classy dispensary. Extremely friendly staff, true patient advocates.
     Check-in was easy, it takes just a few minutes for first-time clients, allow maybe five or ten minutes. The atmosphere is lovely, you won’t mind the process. The government requires meticulous records, that’s just the way it is. As patients, we enjoy a special privilege, the price is complying with the legal stuff.
     The product room is well staffed with multiple Bud Tenders. The lighting is great and the flowers are on display in containers with a magnifier lens built into the lid. There are also slots which uncover to allow one to appreciate the fine aroma. I made a purchase and the quality is excellent.
     Parking is easy: the dispensary is in a little shopping center. Just walk up, push the door buzzer, and enjoy the experience.
     I’m from Oregon, and we have LOTS of dispensaries and LOTS of famous southern Oregon cannabis, so competition has lowered our prices to half what you’ll find here. But what they heck, legal cannabis in downtown Las Vegas!
     Oh, Nevada law allows for reciprocity–my Oregon medical marijuana card worked just fine.
     So, all in all, Las Vegas Releaf is a terrific resource for those of us who find cannabis a vital medicinal. They also deserve special praise for being first in the city. I’m sure it wasn’t easy.

289. I like the lobby, probably most comfortable in vegas. Don’t usually stay too long there bust still nice. Couple things that bother me. 1, they charge for bags which makes not bringing one back expensive after a couple visits. Most other places don’t charge. 2, their price listings are before tax which makes their prices higher than posted and when buying multiple products makes me usually ask what my total would be rather than doing simple adding to get total. Staff always friendly and probably would go back if prices were better

294. I’ve been to Las Vegas Releaf on many occasions since Recreational Marijuana has been legalized here and each time it has been a great experience. The Staff are super knowledgeable, very friendly, and not overbearing about purchasing something. The selection is always excellent, and so is the quality of the product. They are located on Las Vegas Blvd and Sahara Ave., right next to a McDonalds. How can you beat that? You can’t. I just have two small complaints (If you can even call them that). First, their website is never up to date (But none of the dispensaries in Vegas are), and second, it is the jewelry store model where you have to ask to sample a sniff box. Sniff boxes are all stored in glass cases. IMHO they should be tethered and immediately available so customers can mix and match smell tests at their leisure without a Budtender watching over them. Other than those two very small issues the place is absolutely great. I highly recommend them.
