1. just stopped in looking for pain and anxiety relieve and i found it with the sweet gas strain its 100% indica genetics with ok kush landtrace i suffer from lack of hunger, anxiety, ptsd, and insomnia and this strain covered all them symptoms.

   when you first smoke on the first inhale you can feel the pain relief start from the back of your head and half was threw a blunt i could feel full body relaxationl, was definitely pain free, clear headed and relaxed. great strains and great dispensary.

3. They offer rewards but didn’t give us the coupon, so next visit we explain what happened, they verified everything we said and they still didn’t give us the reward. I paid close to 50 dollars for 3.5g of flower when I got home I weighed it, it was a 3.3 not a big difference but still not what I paid for. :/

4. This dispensary is wonderful. Queen, the Bud Tender was very knowledgeable and sweet. Thanks to her, I ended up with some great flower, and concentrates. And you can’t beat the prices. I will definitely be back…

   This place is awesome. The budtenders there are super cool, and they were really knowledgeable. My budtender really seemed to know the products, and she gave me very articulate answers about the difference in effects between the strains I was interested in. As for the flower, wow… It’s WAY better than I expected. I thought it’d be sub par since it’s so cheap, but I was wrong! Can’t wait til the Blue Diamond location opens, it’s supposed to be the largest dispensary in Vegas!!!

8. Made purchase on 5/2/18, didn’t my local 10% discount. I call 2 hours after my purchase, speak with a manager, he verified that the local discount was not applied and should have been. He told me to come in now, i asked if i could come in another day(as i live half an hour way). He offers the equivalent in Canopi cash, I accept, and await for his callback. A few days go by, I follow up after the weekend, left message. Next day I call and finally speak with the same manager, he apologizes for not calling back, working at other stores. I’m told “I spoke with the store manager, There was nothing we can do”. …Baffled, I try to explain he told me he could give me Canopi cash in exchange, otherwise, I would have made the excruciating 1 hour round trip if I needed to. “If its been over a week(which it hasn’t, it is exactly 6 days)there’s nothing we can do. Our policies have changed recently, i cant give you any Canopy Cash”. I tell story of co-worker having same issue with no discount, showing receipt, and being given Canopi cash just a few days prior. “Well, they shouldn’t have done that. There’s nothing we can do.”
   …I’ve spent $500+ at the 3 Canopi locations combined. They verified they made a mistake, and refuse to do anything whatsoever to make it right.
   Canopi. you owe me $11.23, IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT.

13. Last week I purchased 2 Aces vape cartridges for a trip for Labor Day weekend (among other things). I bought one Strawnanna and one Lemon Haze vape cartridge ($52.00 each) manufactured by Aces. To my great disappointment when I got to my destination, one of my vape cartridges was defective. It just didn’t work. After returning to Las Vegas this week, I went back to this dispensary today asking for an exchange of the defective cartridge. This dispensary refused to exchange it, initially citing the fact that I had waited 1 whole week to try and exchange. Laughable. When I explained that I had been out of town, it didn’t matter. They further tried to tell me that their store policy prohibits exchanging items as everything is aEURoefinal sale.aEUR When I responded by telling the manager that I had previously been allowed to exchange a defective battery, the response turned in to that the aEURoeno exchangeaEUR policy applied to thc products only. Basically, they refused to do anything for a totally defective product they sold just last week giving different reasons. To make matters worse, I got the feeling the manager I was speaking to was implying that I was somehow lying about the cartridge. I have been a regular customer for many months, all employees know/recognize me as I frequent this location at least weekly. Stay away from this dispensary. They do not stand behind their products or their customers. This honorably discharged vet will stay away forever.

14. The location of store is fine. I felt I was ushered in and out to quickly. No other patient was there? First time would have liked to look at products better.

17. I think I have a crush on my Budtender! Lol! Destiny was great, very knowledgeable and very passionate. Nice place, I got the feeling they were still sorting things out but very nice. As for the buds, I didn’t set my expectations too high due to the low prices but I must say I am thoroughly impressed. The Bruce Banner #3 is very potent and has a very rich flavor. Not sure of the natural sun makes the difference but I like it! A+

Well OK and I love Queenie she’s the best she is so awesome at that store but it’s not her fault the quality of weed is bunk shit I have not bought one gram that has not been so dry that it just turns to dust prices used to be reasonable until they went rec because you can pretty much moisten up some good weed but they never have what you want in there never the only thing I’ll go back in there for is to visit Queenie

23. It was my first visit and unfortunately, I won’t return. I’m a patient and wasn’t treated or charged as one. The woman signed me in but never communicated what to do next so I sat in the waiting area. After a long wait, my recreational friend gets called to the back and the woman tells me I can join him so I do. The Budtender didn’t know much about the prices of the vape pens as he has to look at his iPad often. I also am not a fan of the set up. When I got to the car I looked at my receipt and saw that i was overcharged so I went back in and told the girl my issue. She was not helpful and made it sound like a task to give me my refund. I left.

27. I love this place. I got a quarter for 60 and they allowed me to mix and match, so I got an eighth of a sativa, and an eighth of an indica. Both strains are perfect for my needs, and contain more than 23% THC. Mikey (pretty sure that’s his name) was very friendly, helpful, and most importantly, knowledgeable. The service, quality, and pricing makes the drive downtown so worth it!

28. First time ordering from here. We bought an 8th and .5g preroll. We were charged for a full gram preroll though, despite only receiving the .5g preroll. Additionally, the 8th, which is supposed to be 3.5g, was actually ~2.8g. This is a huge no-no. The only reason I give it a star is because the service was quick, everyone was pleasant, and the prices were competitive.

34. Waited less than 10 minutes in line, but as i was waiting in line and looking at their menu on Leafly on my phone, security says “no phones allowed”. Kinda killed the good vibe i was feeling. The prices for their pre-rolls were wayyyy higher than what they posted on leafly, which i think they fixed now. One of the three 8ths that i bought was shakey and very stemy. Positives? It was quick to get my meds and get out. Wont be back

39. I went in for the low prices, but I am so disappointed! Probably the worst quality herb I’ve found at Vegas dispensaries..I definitely couldn’t recommend this to any other med patients managing pain or other symptoms.

50. I came here when it first opened and loved the fact that all grams were $5, all 8ths were $15, now they are like every other dispensary in town and have price tiers for different thc contents. I don’t like that the tiers are not organized in a manner that you know what strain is in what tier or by type..indica, sativa,hybrid. They still have some reasonable prices and the flowers are potent, just not as potent as I’m used to so at first I thought it was bunk but then I smoked more and it finally gave me the effects I needed. I also wish they wouldn’t change their strains so much cause I find one I like them it’s gone and they don’t know if or when they will get it back. I do recommend canopi for first time patients as the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

52. I think paying 50$ for an eighth of prime flower, the Store rocks with all Tikun olam products, and great flower for 30 or 40 bucks. I am a CBD and all other strains user, Avidekel in Flower, Tincture, syringes. The price is great on edibles my new favorite is Wanna Sours great for micro dosing, and back to the $$ issues I saw the same Wana gummies for Twice the price at another dispensary. Everyone is friendly and the Canopi Bucks are better than a computer system that might be put in by a busy Budtendr. I work on Rancho and Craig, takes me 12 minutes no sweat good people. I do shop elsewhere for deals put cumulatively I buy from Canopi, plus the Art’s district is cool.

53. Well for starters I looked at the menu online before going as the last time I went the wait was about 10 minutes. I get there (the front door girl was very unfriendly and rude!!)and what they said they had is not what they actually had! The bud tender had no idea what the Terps do! THIS IS 1 DAY PRIOR TO REC SALES… I AM MEDICAL AND SHE IS TELLING ME MY PAIN RELIEF IS JUST FOR A HEAD HIGH AND THAT THE TERP SAID TO BE FOR DEPRESSION WAS THE PAIN MED JUST TO GET ME TO BUY IT!! I told her if it didn’t have the pain med in it then it would be pointless for me to buy it. I also explained I need a higher THC level for appetite, she then shows me a strain having hardly any THC only CBD??? IS SHE FOR OR AGAINST THIS MED? NEEDLESS to say I left WITHOUT PURCHASING!!! I suggest you call ahead to make sure they have what the menu says and do your own research on how each strain will medically help you before going!! ALSO THEY HAVE THE LOWEST PRICES BUT ALSO CONTAIN THE LOWEST AMOUNT OF THC AND TERPS FOR THE PRICE…
