13. This store is super inviting. From the minute you check in to going to the back which just makes you feel like home with all the friendly budtenders always greeting you and smiling and waving. But make sure you see Taylor. She is always super nice, happy and most of all super helpful. She’s the best. I do wish they had better prices and or better deals. And I also think all the dispensaries should have some kind of frequent flyer miles or something along those lines. They do have a point system but like almost all points system as it takes a long time to get to something that is really worth it but that’s just my opinion. 15. Every time I come here I get my questions answered with a smile, even my dumb ones. I can describe my issues or the experience I want to have and get exactly what I need. From, aEURoeI want to be catatonic,aEUR to aEURoeMy back hurts and I have to watch the kids,aEUR they know what I need. Try all the strains your old street dealer used to say you were getting and know you’re getting the best quality, and the real thing. The Dispensary’s purchaser has spoken at several educational seminars I’ve been to. I trust him to bring only the best product to his stores. I can’t say enough good things about the budtenders. Take your time, ask questions, get yourself feeling right.

31. This was my first visit to the Dispensary. I suffer from rather severe pain from nerve damage to my left foot and leg. Tim, the ‘bartender’ who helped me was VERY helpful and took the time to explain things to me in a way I was able to understand fully. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

54. The Dispensary has good product, but that’s not why I am writing a review…It was their customer service. My budtender, Sandy, not only recommended 2 phenomenal disposable pens, but she also won my heart by donating the few cents I was short for my total…Sandy is as close to an angel as I’ve ever seen! This act of kindness will always have me coming back to The Dispensary.

Here is my problem…spending money on vape products both ooze and matrix only to be told they have no medicine for me and have no idea where to get them…than they try to sell me somethingelse….stickers don’t fix my pain budtenders…no one has called as promised sorry but 2 days and no matrix cartridge refills BS

64. I’ve always liked this place. But the one time I had an issue with a product. I promptly returned it thinking something was wrong and there was just probably an error, the budtender I dealt with just laughed and said there was nothing that could be done and that I should complain to the company. I was shocked and beyond surprised that the dispensary wouldn’t want to know if there was a problem with a product. a product that they are selling. I guess it’s time for a new place. I won’t purchase from a place that doesn’t care what they are selling and if it is doing harm to a customer. 🙁

69. I’ve been to several dispensaries here locally and have had mixed experiences. I’ve shopped aEURoeThe DispensaryaEUR three times. Twice a walk-in and once online ordering. Tonight I used online and have to say the experience was seamless. I’ve tried online ordering with other places only to have my order f#@ked up or it was an impossible task to even place an order. This couldn’t have went any better.
    Also I’d like to comment on the staff. I didn’t get the names of the two girls working in the lobby. They were super friendly though. The employee who helped me inside was this cute girl named Katie. You can’t miss her. She was happy, helpful, and fun to chat with. I hardly ever write reviews. Sometimes you just got to give credit where credit is due though. You all earned this one. dY$?~dY>>

72. I went to The Dispensary recently to find a new cbd product for my dogs, who both experience separation anxiety. The misinformed budtender insisted that THC is totally fine for dogs, and that higher amounts of THC would have no adverse effects on them. She even offer an anecdote about her small dog getting into her edibles, laughing about how the dog was incapacitated for 2 days.

    Her advice goes against a mass of proven research, and could be dangerous if a customer doesn’t know any better.
    I know this is a relatively new field, but please make sure your associates are well-trained in ALL of your products.

This dispensary showed a deal – two mix n match 1/2 gram AMA concentrates for $40… the first girl we dealt with was acting like they were 2 for $35 and we needed to spend $5 more to get the $10 first time discount… well come to find out she charged us 2 for $25 each equalling $50… and said we needed to spend at least $40?? so we buy an edible cookie the girl says costs $25 ends up being $27 on top of the 20 something tax you guys charge. so we realize we got jipped out of $10… go back and try to just get that back, not asking for the tax back, or the tip.. and the girl at the front went back and forth soooo many times. all for $10 that you guys posted. then said we were wrong and it was for the las vegas location when it says clear as day the deal was for the henderson location. just super bummed, it’s not like your guys products are cheap don’t understand why you wouldn’t wanna just hook it up instead of act

88. Henderson is officially in the rec game! Today was my first time visiting this dispensary. But, it won’t be my last. I’ve been traveling to dispensaries in Las Vegas since July 1. As of today, I can go to the closest one to my house in Henderson, and I’m stoked this place is it. A true class act. I will be back.

99. Its a small dispensary in Henderson. Good prices, good specials, good quality. it’s small but they actually have a decent variety. Their is never a long line or wait time.

107. I have gone 6 times so far. The budtenders are always very helpful, patient, and friendly. Most recently I was served by Taylor, and she was great! She kept bringing over lots of different prerolls when I kept asking for different things, and she ended up making good recommendations. This location has never been too busy, so I’ve never had to wait in line. Someone is available right when I walk in, so I’m in-and-out in a couple minutes. Getting $10 off for your first purchase (of $40 or more) is a sweet deal and a great way to bring in new customers.

     The reason I give this location 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’ve had prerolls that weren’t rolled well. On 3 separate occasions I had to smoke half of the joint before any smoke started coming through. Considering they are not cheap ($15 each), I felt like I was literally burning away my money for nothing. Perhaps this is partially my fault for not learning my lesson the first time it happened.

     Aside from these incidents with the prerolls, I only have positive things to say about The Dispensary. I recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!
