2. I gotta hand it to these folks… they are doing this the right way. Very relaxed and chill atmosphere, super helpful staff, and the inside is what I would expect from a higher end dispensary in Colorado. If you’re on the North side, this is the place to go.

3. This is definitely my favorite dispensary out of the three I have been to in Illinois! They have one of the best selections of products, which are also much lower than other dispensaries I’ve been to. Not only that, but I found the staff here to be extremely knowledgable. They really focus on individualized care for the patients. One of the patient care representatives, Mickey even helped me out to find my perfect dose of RSO to make into capsules. The thing I like about this dispensary is that often times, they recommend products based on my symptoms and they pay close attention to products that have worked well with me in the past and products that I didn’t like. I’ve gone to majority of their patient care reps and they’re all so genuine and kind and they all look at the patient’s best interest in mind.

I like that there are specials each week for flower, as well as discounted pricing if you meet certain criteria or join the membership club. I would encourage anyone in Chicago to check this dispensary out, since you get $30 off your first purchase just for signing up.

13. Very nice staff in a beautiful location. The products are great and very similar to those at other dispensaries. I found that the pricing was better for the vape cartridges compared to my previous dispensary.

14. Living out in the western ‘burbs, I have not been to a lot of different dispensaries — in fact, I’ve only been to two others. But I was going to be in Jefferson Park and wanted to try a different dispensary, so I changed my registration to Columbia Care and stopped by.

    I can’t currently shop here on an ongoing basis — that three hour commute each way is a killer, since I only Ventra everything (no car). But the entire staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, and the store is very beautiful and peaceful — a great vibe. The selection is better than my other place; Columbia seems to deal with more cultivators. In addition, they have a variety of specials running as well as a new customer $30 discount on your first purchase. And, not to dwell on it, but the staff are very generous and will go out of their way to assist you as much as they can. Haley and her staff (Kristi waited on me!) are wonderful.

    Honestly, this place is first-class and you can get your medical cannabis products here with complete confidence and ease. In addition, parking is always available right out front (?!!!) and it’s two blocks from the Jeff Park CTA/Metra station, so it’s actually really convenient.

    Give them a try! Highly recommended.

I recently switched from another dispensary and I like that there is more variety here – since I am new to MMJ it’s been a lot of experimentation to find what works best for my symptoms. Also, they always have deals and specials which is hard to find in the city. They make it affordable to obtain my medicine.

    Also Ebony at the front desk is probably one of the nicest people I have ever spoken to!

    I don’t know if there are state-mandated decor restrictions, but they could use less “refrigerator white.” Armed security is understandable (would he escort me to my car?), but the atmosphere was better when Ebony welcomed everyone by name, and didn’t seem to need a gun.

27. This is the first dispensary at which I registered as a new card holder and they been very helpful, supportive, accepting, and encouraging. Over the last month I have received excellent advice and guidance, the atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable, and the friendly tenders have a wealth of knowledge and experience, offering a wide selection of products at affordable prices with many deals and incentives available. Very medical!

29. I’m a noob and went here upon receiving my card last week. I had no idea what to expect. The location is very convenient for me and ample parking nearby. The location definitely felt safe and secure.

    Everyone was friendly – especially the very patient budtender who taught me about the different products available, and also helped recommend a few different strands based on my symptoms. I have slept like a baby every night since.

32. I was very intimidated when I went to make my first purchase; I’m a regular now. I didn’t know what to expect or what the procedure was. The staff at Columbia Care eased all my worries and helped me find the strains I need for my severe Fibromyalgia and polyneuropathy. Everyone here has a friendly face and makes you feel welcomed. I always learn something new every time I’m here and I leave with a smile on my face.

    The dispensary itself is very sleek, modern, and inconspicuous and because of that I can feel safe leaving the store with my medicine.

38. I just got my card and although I’ve smoked plenty of weed before, I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the choices and advances in weed tech. (I know, weed tech) Everything about Columbia Care is catered to help a guy like me. Everyone is super customer focused and ready to help. My budtender Felix was awesome. I told him what I was there for and he hooked me up. As a new customer I was treated to a $30 discount, a free on hitter, a free battery, and a free joint. All of the inventory seems super fresh. I’m stoked to have this place so close to me. I’m sure I’ll be a happy camper at Columbia Care.

45. I would love to voice my opinion to all about “my” dispensary “Columbian Care Illinois”. Earlier last month I received my card and was able to head on over to C.C.I., My first and all y experiences have bee a 5 plus *star if not more(a 10* star if their is such a rating on there half.

    The staff at Columbia Care, they are so congenial so cordial, sounderstanding to your needs mentally and physically is an “under-statement”.

    There are not enough good words to say about Columbian Care – but to STAFF at Columbian Care , “Keep doing – what your are Doing”!

Atmosphere there everyone’s happy to see you, which is good when your not feeling well sometimes. They’re ready for all types of questions, which helps. My nerves got the better of me and I decided I’d rather not wait, so I exited saying little. I was still curious about the dispensary, so a day later I called to check the price of on oz. The quote was $50 less than I had been paying nearby. I passed by again to ask C.C. to help me switch to them as my dispensary and they took care of it! First time shopping, everyone there introduced themselves to me in a genuine open and honest way. Not only was a discount applied to my first purchase, but because fate had conspired against me the first time I had gone in, C.C. as a whole or the manager there gifted me a cartridge and battery! I am writing this review after having shopped at this dispensary again and had a repetition of the same good experience.
