10. High quality bud, but a little over priced, and they don’t let you mix strains on the same tier for quantity discounts (i.e. Can’t get two 1/8ths of different strain for the 1/4 price. Even when they are the same price.)

12. Always excellent service. I’ve had both Monica and Caitlin help me and they’ve been extremely helpful and spent the time custom tailoring what strains would be best for me with my panic attacks. Everyone is friendly, it’s in a alright neighborhood for Sacramento, and the donation prices are pretty reasonable.

15. This dispensary has a nice atmosphere. when i went in there are seprate booths for one on one added comfort plus they really seemed like they wanna help treat you rather than just get you baked its inspiring to me. one day ill work for a
    spence and have everyone i serve feel like they are a patient not a customer.

20. AMAZING!!! I LOVE this place and will certainly be coming back again and again for my medical mjay needs. The staff were all so incredibly friendly and helpful. All product is lab tested for safe cannabis content and to provide info about the thc, cbd, terpene content etc. Grams come packaged in glass jars that are SEALED. The prices range from very affordable to treat yo’self and their selection of edibles is incredible!!! Love love love Abatin dY’z

23. Great location, better service, even better bud. Reco to anyone in the Sacramento area, you’ll be hard pressed to find a wider array of choices in town. One of the few spots that believes in patients first and business second. Perfect place for MMJ patients who are new to the process.

24. I went here yesterday with my mom, and this place was great.

    It was a little hard to find as there isn’t any signs or indications of the building being the building. But just pay attention to your GPS. But when you drive by via 29th St. when you pass the building the the metal detector in front of the door that’s the one. A small indicator might helpful, but I don’t mind locations being discreet too.

    Everyone working including the security we’re friendly and courteous to us.

    The costs are pretty average. But the quality of the strains I got were great, so definitely happy with what I picked up for the price. The sample jars were premeasured in 1/8ths with a salt shaker lid. So I don’t think we were allowed to feel the buds like some places will allow with their samples. I personally don’t find that a big deal as I prefer just to look really close and smell it, but making this note for those who do like to do that. And on the flip side, even though it’s not a big issue in the first place, it’s nice to know stocked product are handled with care and as light as possible.

    The environment was great and we were helped right away. They have binders out that should all the prices per g / eighth / half / etc, so it helps a lot when you’re budgeting before you request what you want.

    What made me the most satisfied about this dispensary was the knowledge the employees gave us. For people who already know what they like/want (IE me for example), this might not be a big deal. But someone like my mom, this is all new to her. She has been using CBD for pain relief, and she said majority of the dispensaries she has gone to tend to know not as much about CBD-only strains, and topicals. Aisha helped us and gave her alot of knowledge about the products she showed us, whether it’s was from her own experience or customer experiences. And they have a computer system that will note your previous strain purchases, which is nice for those who still have yet to discover what they truly like and dislike. Or even for those who aren’t super familiar with strains.

    Definitely will come here again next time in the Sacramento Area.

25. What a wonderful dispensary. Clean, orderly, thoughtful. First good sign is that their registration sheet asked you what medical issues you have.

    Second great sign, all the counter spots for the patients were scattered throughout the room so that patients and bud tenders all have some privacy and space. Irvin spent a good deal of time on me as a first time patient. He listened to everything I had to say about the medical issues I was having and very thoughtfully gave me his opinions on what may and may not work for me. I have since visited two other locations and neither of them spent that much time getting to know what I was experiencing.

    Great pricing too. Plus they keep track of what you buy so you can keep them in the loop of what is and isn’t working. Truly unique in that it feels like they really want to help treat you, not just get you high. They also have a loyalty program. This is the place for me.

28. I am First time medical user with very little knowledge of the medicine. I was prescribed for migraines and Restless legs. I was Leary of getting something that made me too medicated. My dr recommended edibles and medicine with high CBD and low THC. They gave me some cherry indica , chocolate chip cookies, and cbd cheeba chews. The lady was really companionate and understanding / knowledgable of my Drs recommendation. I like the fact that they lab test so I know what I’m getting is what I was prescribed.

34. As a Medical user I really appreciate the professional presentation of Abatin and their. I have a couple dispensaries I am a member of, but Abatin is my favorite. My only complaint is that IMO they need to carry more Clean Green Certified dry herb. The one thing I am thankful for though is that the Clean Green Certified herb that they do carry is Flow Kana brand which is never too dry and it has is cured perfectly. I check out the Flow Kana site every so often and they have so many more strains available than Abatin carries.

35. This was my first visit to a dispensary ever. Carol was really wonderful and helpful. The rest of the staff was friendly too. would def recommend if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place to buy!

39. This is my regular dispensary. They always have top quality products and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Flowers are lab tested, and since they seal the packages I know I am getting fresh product.
    The real review comes not in the good transactions, but in the way they handle problems. I purchased a bottle of cider that was either not sealed completely or had the seal punctured. I called the next day to give them a heads up in case the whole batch was affected. They told me to bring back the bottle at my convenience for replacement. To my surprise, not only did they replace my cider but also gave me a pre-roll as compensation for the hassle. This level of customer service I have not often seen in the medical marijuana field.
    This is why I am loyal to Abatin and I feel they have earned my business.

40. Stopped by here yesterday while passing through Sacramento. The service was awesome (thanks Rudy), and the quality of their products is insane. I can’t wait to come back.

I purchased Blue Diamond and Afghani Green Crack strains, both of which were great quality buds. Very informative and efficient staff-will be back!

I was in Sacramento for my daughter’s birthday The medicine that I had brought we me during my visit was not strong enough to take away the pain I was experiencing from back surgery. 45. One of the best dispensaries in Sacramento. It’s more holistic feeling and more about the usage of cannabis as actual medicine than just the psychoactive effects.. Amazing quality, high thc tested, pot certainly, but also a variety of different edibles and cbd creams for typical pain relief application…

48. Went here with another first time patient as our first dispensary in the Sacramento area. Accessible location with plenty of parking in the back and adequate but friendly security. Really friendly and knowledgable staff. Product tested well, I was able to purchase the high thc percentage whereas my friend got a strain that was mostly a cbd percentage for her pain along w some edibles. We both received a free pre roll that had some great quality bud in it and for joint pain received a free eucalyptus balm to tree as a topical treatment. Would definitely go there again.
