2. This place was way more than I expected. It’s a bit tucked away but my experience was probably the best I’ve had at all the shops I’ve been to. My tender was informed and showed me exactly what I was looking for. He was so personable I remember his name. Flash, if you go in, hope you get him. Great dude. Make sure you leave him a fatty tip.

   I got the Slimer OG and was very impressed. I got another strain but can’t remember right now. Both smelled and performed exceptionally well.

I’ve been going to this location for a while now and when I work with I think Drea ?(brown hair,shoulder length) it’s always a horrible experience the first time I went in on Black Friday and I ordered a ounce and she was bragging about hiding her ounce under the counter to check it out when she was off which I thought was weird to hide product from customers and I go in this past Saturday morning her vibe was extremely off she was rude she wasn’t explaining the products well when I asked and she didn’t place my local discount on the receipt which I felt was done purposely since she wasn’t in a good mood. My first time having a horrible experience since I’ve had my medical card. She is just unprofessional!

103. Spent 4.5 hours on the bus round trip just to come check them out. Austin & Claudia went above & beyond for me constantly checking to make sure they had what I wanted (Power Plant & Holy Gelato shatter) in stock I even left my # with them to call me if they ran out while I was on my way.
     Just a note for my vehicle challenged friends, the bus stops @ 75th avenue you have to walk from there to 80th. Also when you get to 80th the dispensary is all the way down @ the end of the road.

     I am considering making the trip again because look at that wax selection! Firebrand, Santiago & Dunbar, High Grade, Canamo value & Canamo classic, and there’s a couple more.

     If you want a dispensary that feels warm and you feel you matter as a patient, come here.

     I will be recommending this place to all my west valley friends.

Their first-time patient deal is laughable and only includes very weak gummy Edibles or extremely expensive concentrates or flower of there brand. all is way overpriced. if you possibly can go somewhere else. Even driving 10 minutes you will save a boatload of money. Right down the road Natures medicine sell shatter for $20 gram. AVOID. I LAUGHED ALL THE WAY OUT THE DOOR.

I vape and the selection was wonderful. I smoke to relieve sever insomnia, their suggested strain worked well. I also have depression. I told the bud tender I needed something to make me giggle while watching “Blazing Saddles”,I tried her recommendation and laughed my butt off. I’ll be back!!!!

And to make it worse they lie to you right in your face and say they put a .1 over in every bag when in fact every bag is short by .1 . I got what i thought was 10 grams but i ended up being short by a gram since every bag they gave me was only a .9 smh. Will not be coming back to get ripped off and over pay for some skimpy bags when i can go elsewhere and actually get a WHOLE gram of something better for less.

But I came home to an eigth that weighed out to 3.38 and another that came out to 3.42. Thats fucked up dude. We go to your shop with confidence and your employees are ripping us off. The fact that you guys weigh the bud in front of us is cool but most people will not pay attention to that specially since it was so hard to even see the scale numbers. I’ve read hundreds and they’re all positive so I was kind of shocked when miss keekychristine complained about receiving free medication/flower (weed)/any product especially when it’s $50 in free stuff. Most places toss you a preroll or 10% or even a free edible but $50 in product hmmm geee I wonder what the better deal is. A lot of people use these excuses (negative comments to get more free product) it’s sad but it’s all written in the reviews all positive so of course I went and that’s why I’m just stating the obvious. Awesome place!

I really really enjoyed every time I came into The Phoenix. always get treated with great smiles, amazing knowledge of the bud, along with fire products! with this being said, today was a little upsetting when I called. I was told that the rush hour special and lunch specials were only during the week. Granted I had gotten this special before on the weekend from the manager. It seems that with all the new specials they have offered, ( which is great!!) they aren’t honoring some correctly. It didn’t show anywhere on leafly that the lunch special is a weekly deal. I was half way there from down town on my Lunch thinkin sweet, 20% off.. What a waste of a Lunch. Like I said i can’t hate this place because i always get great strains and most of the employees are intelligent. This girl was on another one today.

200. I’m not a usual five star kind of gal, but this spot hit them ALL! I can never go wrong with #wheresjeff ‘s recommendations and I am so happy I listened to this one.
     Excellent gps directions brought me to a very clean and groovy spot in Tolleson. I walked into a casual dispensary with two ladies who were not only helpful, they were also happy to be there on a Sunday morning.
     Spliffany was my budtender. Aside from being very knowledgable about products, we had a conversation about trimmers and she ensured I received NO obvious stems due to movement in the jar. (I detest spots who acknowledge shake happens, but don’t trim their popcorn buds. As if I wanted to buy stems – mmmmm no). She was hilarious and set me in an excellent mood for the remainder of my day.
     The product was BOMBDIGGITY! I took advantage of my first time deal and Kong and Super Lemon Haze made me very happy. The bud was fresh, didn’t dry out sitting on a rolling try after five minutes. I will be back there today and quite possibly tomorrow.

     I highly recommend this spot and encourage all fellow card holders to make the drive to this awesome spot!

369. The place itself is kinda hidden, but it’s one of the few non-sketchy looking places in the valley. They have a real parking lot! Nice environment inside, with natural light! They don’t really have a waiting area, which might suck once more people discover these guys and you gotta stand in line.

     My budtender Sasha was chill and helped me find just what I was looking for. The FTP deal was better than most in the valley (definitely the best in the west valley), despite what the reviews might lead you to believe. And the best part, I finally found Chemdawg flower that actually smells and tastes like Chemdawg! The Phoenix is my new #1 spot in the west valley for sure!

But I have gone back twice now, second time guy was super helpful and cut me a deal that fit within my budget so that was great.
