12. Nice facility. Friendly staff for the most part. I came for two items that showed in stock on Leafly but when I got there they were not. I told the Budtender he seemed to think it was funny Leafly was not updated. The meds smell like hay and dry grass. I didnt want anything, not even my free 1/8 but free is free. Got home with Hash Plant and it had no taste at all and no medicinal effect or even a high. Nothing at all.

I was short $1.49 but was told $1.09 or heard anyway, so went out to car to get the 1.09 only to come back to hear now your 25cents short so i HAD to go BACK OUT TO CAR to get the 25cents. SMH,they did not just say “oh no worries,well cover that dollar and change,but NOOOO I had to go out even for a measly 25 cents. not going back here anymore.

99. I love this place so much. They have $25 grams of wax and even $8 grams of flower. I personally come here at least once a week because of how good their product is. Also they have some really amazing budtenders. All of them are so friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

Also checkout the Vitamin CBD 1:1 strain that is a great energizing CBD strain with a functional head high that makes it exceptional for both pain relief and fatigue. Keep up the great work! A+

271. I’ve been to a dozen dispensaries in the Phoenix area and this Reef location had separated itself as one of my favorites. I liked that they included the tax in their price, and that I could call in to the store and inquire about specials, check my limit and even order ahead for their express window. But now their corporate office is mucking things up. They have closed the express window, they no longer let you call ahead to check specials, in fact now if I try to call the Phoenix Reef location the automated phone system sends my call to the corporate Las Vegas location. I can’t imagine what benefits they think this policy change will produce but it’s dropped them from one of my favorite dispensaries. Please bring back these features to your customer service. It’s what gave you the edge in a very competitive market.

Heather was an absolute pleasure she had me fill out my new patient form (all of three lines) and while she inputted my info I had time to look over all the buds she prior explained. She came back so fast I was honestly still unsure of what I wanted. I told her where I normally go and what I needed medically and she gave me great comparisons as well as explained how they tasted, felt, smoked like etc. I walked out extremely happy and a definite repeat customer in the future. I normally dread the interaction with budtenders due to the insincerity in the conversation but I must say Heather was an absolute joy and she made my visit not only unique but memorable which all dispensaries should have. 680. came in today to check out Reef just to see how good this dispensary actually was because it had a lot of great reviews but you can never trust them because a lot of them will give you free pre-rolls to give him five star reviews so I decided to go in and check it out for myself upon going in when you walk up you have to push the buzzer to get in which was kind of different than most dispensaries I’ve been to but not a big deal they open the door within seconds of pushing the button I went in and they greeted me and I told him it was my first time in and they had all my paperwork processed within a minute and I was in the back picking out my meds. the meds are pretty fire I got some Khalifa Kush and that stuff was fire and some wizard dick that was some kill green too. also another thing I thought was pretty nice was that they gave you glass jars that your meds to came in and my opinion it helps keep it a lot fresher than the little plastic bags or plastic containers alot of other places you use. but I would definitely recommend checking this place out there green is pretty good and I know what I’m talking about I’ve been the tons of dispensaries and seeing what’s good and what’s not and this place has the goods I wouldn’t mind making a weekend trip to this dispensary.

Why don’t you guys do like Nature’s Medicines, who also grows their own flower and makes their own concentrates; and give some bulk prices, like, 10 gms of shatter/sugar wax, crumble for 185 bucks, or 5 gms for 99 bucks? And how about 20 bucks for prepackaging? Your budtenders are GREAT, ALL of them, but you need to do better with pricing your concentrates. I go to you for flower, and Nature’s for my concentrates. Trying to contact customer service was a joke. Was put on hold immediately without even asking to be put on hold and waited 12 minutes. Then being told that they cannot hear me was a slap in the face. Get it together guys!

1173. Overall quite satisfied and have returned a number times despite living quite far away. Love how all flower and concentrates are in-house and are some of the best product available in AZ at reasonable prices. Not to mention, all their employees including budtenders, reception, and security are the friendliest I’ve experienced among any dispensary in Phoenix. My only caveat of Reef is that I’ve had weight issues with their flower multiple times and while their staff is great with dealing with the problem, it shouldn’t be happening in the first place. Other than that, Reef is great!

Their online menu said they had Khalifa kush in stock so I drove an hour to this location. Upon arrival 30 minutes after opening I was informed that they were out of stock. I have to admit I found a new favorite place only because of the quality that stuff is there the service the price and everything else I like at The Reef but the quality of the stuff at the other place is just too good I’m going to miss all my friends at the reef but I read it sometimes for the $5 pre rolls

1442. I have been to Reef a few times now. They have a decent FTP deal. Both times I’ve been there I was a little let down with the taste of the flower. Like it wasn’t flushed well or dried too quickly or something. And all I buy is top shelf. I tried the Khalifa Kush, Platinum Cookies(the best one out of them all), Sour Kush, and Sherbert. All were not very impressive except for the Plat. Cookies. The Sherbert looked hella dank, but the flavor wasn’t good. They just got in Jungle Boys gear, so I am willing to give them another shot, and will do somsoon. The Jars are a cool concept but they don’t seal adequately.

They helped me find a high CBD strain, were knowledgeable on all the strains– but in an articulate way that didn’t make me feel isolated or dumb.

      Plus, their flower containers are aesthetically pleasing and I would gladly pay their price just for the container it’s so satisfactory; it’s even better that it comes with fabulous smelling marijuana inside.

2048. I bought a half ounce plus got a free eighth. The bud looked really good and smelled good. That is why I bought so much my mistake. It didn’t taste good or last long. I asked for a good indica for night and she recommended smores. I slept awful. The next few days my pain was worse felt like I was going through withdrawals even though I was using more than normal. The product was not fresh if they put those freshness Boveda packs in the glass jars they sell it in it would help. I was disappointed they are pretty buds that aren’t potent and dry.

2190. It’s true, their flower is pretty tasty, and the fact that they team up with Jungle boys is pretty cool. The people working the counter are super nice, but I do have a few MAJOR suggestions:
      1-you have no way for patients to contact you regarding product, etc. in a timely manner. The phone number says leave a voicemail or fill out a contact card…you provide medicine. Patients need answers and have questions that might be immediate. On multiple occasions you have lost my business due to this.
      2-Today you dropped a new product (HTE carts)via txt blast. But they weren’t on the menu…nor did your fabulous employees have a true grasp of what the product was…thus referring ya back to the first point made in this review.
      I don’t mean to sound grouchy, it’s just you all do have great product, but the means in which you are selling, distributing, and advertising is not reflecting its quality, which is seriously losing you easy capital, possibly customers, and taking your dispensaries rep to the next level…at least in the valley. Mahalo
