Jimmy is the man…really knowledgeable on his strains and had good advice for what would work best with my condition. 5 star…they are #1 dispensary in tampa by far they have the most options but they need to keep an eye on the new player in town mUv…their product seems more potent and its locally grown…I love it, maybe a lil competition can drive these prices down?

I’ve been to this dispensary four times so far and I won’t ever go to another (mmj dispensary in Fl). The atmosphere is welcoming, the building is clean and it smells niiice inside!
The first time I visited there a very kind and knowledgeable staff member, forgot his name, went over absolutely everything I had questions about. I’m an old skool smoker, I didn’t know shit about different concentrates and etc. The folks there set me up.
I’m fine with the product selection. Would it be nice to have more than one option for 600mg indica carts? Yeah. But I can dab some 850mg and not give a fuuuck! Trulieve’s Truclear is highly recommended!! I’m a long time chronic pain sufferer currently weaning off of morphine and without Trulieve I’d likely be hospitalized or dead.
Trulieve is the only dispensary chain in Florida that actually cares about patients. The other ones fight flower sales and even go after Trulieve for doing so. Definitely not what’s in our best interest or care. Support Trulieve and support legal cannabis!

Knowledgeable employees but this place never has stock and the communication is completely lacking. The seriously frustrating part about this dispensary is:
1). Parking – it’s IMPOSSIBLE
2). Concentrates – NEVER IN STOCK
3). Distillate Syringes – strain selection extremely dismal unlike the TruPod Flower and Trustik selections.
4). Seems this dispensary is VERY proud of their flowers, hence the fact they’re all over the countertops. Unfortunately, flowers aren’t available yet so why not focus on what IS the latest and greatest in the industry!
5). Your patients are telling you want they want… because it’s never in stock. At ANY location in the entire state of Florida.
7). Very poor communication!!!!
8). Sales are pretty bogus. Oral syringes are clearly listed on sale but when you call… NOPE, SORRY that’s not included. Ummmm…did you look at your ad you sent out?
In my opinion, NEVER having concentrates in stock WILL hurt business. This locations problem is a combo of factors. One being I believe is it’s poorly managed. This type of service sends your reliable patients/cash business heading to the dispensary a mere 2 miles south to pay for a REALLY sweet variety of strains available and with plenty in stock.
Trulieve needs to focus on product instead having the most locations on the map.
The staff at the Trulieve on Dale Mabry is very knowledgeable about all things Cannabis related and if it’s your first time they’re very Thorough and discreet I wish I knew what the product coordinator’s name was but Jenn took very good care of me. This wasn’t my first time at Trulieve had an issue with a device and Jen in the product coordinator replace the device without any question and went as far as replacing the used up portion of my medicine yes I did have video showing that there was a malfunction with the device but they did not hesitate to take care of my needs. Quality first time experience. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but all in all I can not complain. The staff was friendly, the waiting room was comfortable, the wait wasn’t to bad by any means. I suspect that my next visit will be just as nice if not better
My first visit here and I was a bit nervous not knowing what to do or how to do it. The staff was very professional and helpful from sign in to product purchase. Very knowledgeable about the different products and never tried to rush me. I think I will call this location home.

I love this place! Everything is done in a very professional manner, so I feel very confident that I’m in good hands. The staff is out of this world! The consultants absolutely know the product list up and down, and can answer any questions about any of their items. I’ve found that a lot of the people who work in this field are patients themselves. So, if you’re having trouble deciding what to get, they offer really helpful and informative advise. They don’t rush you out. They take the time needed for you to feel confident in your purchase. Last but NOT least, they are ALL so incredibly nice!!! It’s my absolute favorite errand, lol… dYtm,

The Tampa location really helped me out. I showed up a couple minutes after they closed, having just flown into to TPA. With no one in sight I trudged back to my car, trying to figure out my route home. Mike came out to my car and asked if he cooked help. I already knew what I needed and he took care of my order quickly and professionally.
This is a great dispensary. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Had a particularly good customer service experience with James (Jimmy – LOL) and will forever remember his Barney Fife joke!

I absolutely love this place, great staff always. today I had an issue with my online order and they corrected it right away . I also met, Saige For the 1st time today as my Bud tender. she was great ,understanding that I have traumatic brain injury and because of them being busy I was having a hard time trying to talk to her and she took the time I needed and gave me respect. I personally have never had about experience here.

The staff aren’t just budtenders, some like Jimmy are certified Caregivers with the knowledge to accurately help every patient individually. I have used this location for over a year and a half now. Out of all the surrounding dispensaries, they have the best shatter, flower, RSO’s, and concentrates.

I just got approval from the state. I visited yesterday and Kaeley helped me. She is very knowledgeable. I did a lot of research before I went, so she was impressed with what I knew, but she knows 1000 times more. Kaeley was patient with me, I needed that. She answered all of my questions. I’ll be back. I was just going to see if this helped my Essential Tremors and it was amazing. Nobody would have believed it if I told them, but I had a witness.

This place had been my go to until today! The problem I’m having is they never have flower in stock. I’m tired of waisting time sitting around waiting on the “next big shipment” and it never comes in. Either take it off the website or start selling it. You open up more locations and cant fill them with products. I have spent A LOT OF MONEY. With Trulieve but I think it will end now. Get it together guys. Your slacking big time! Your going to big to fast. Your going to give your self a bad name.. Do not go here if your looking for flower. They say they have it but NEVER really have it!

It is grossly irresponsible to offer products (medicine) to the public when you knowingly cannot even begin to keep up with the demand for those products. You have a responsibility to the patients that you don’t even seem to be aware of. Shame on you Truelieve. Too busy counting your money to care about doing the job properly.

I highly recommend this location!! Excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of products for a large variety of medical issues. A well oiled machine. Waits for walk-ins are not too bad but I recommend ordering online…you walk right in! The environment is comfortable and welcoming. Come by even if you don’t have a medical card…the folks in the lobby will be able give you information on the application process. However, this is one of the few locations that does not have a MMJ doctor next door. This probably won’t be a concern for long!
From the beginning, as someone not as knowledgable with marijuana or CBD, I have had more issues than not in my experience of buying medical marijuana here. Essentially after getting your state ID card you’re on your own with this. Up until today, when Jimmy, Chris, and Maeline went above and beyond for me, I felt like all of the time, money, and effort was a complete waste. These three amazing people completely changed my perpective and ultimately gave me another chance at relief for my health issues. I niw understand the process much better and even how to esure I receive the products I need. I cannot possibly thank them enough or give them enough praise. They took so much time with me and showed me a kindness that is just flat out hard to find. Thank you all for your time, efforts, kindness, and knowledge! I appreciate you more than you know!!!

Your next shipment will have to be enough to cover the patients that needed it yesterday, the patients that need it now and those that will walking into your dispensary for the first time. What do you tell your new patients? Sorry, we’re out. Not a good first impression. At all. Is this a business that’s here to stay or just for today? Get on it before you lose patients! Bad form!

I love how friendly the staff is at the Clearwater location. I always leave there very satisfied.
The first time I walked in, I knew I’d be coming back. The staff at this location is incredible. For one, they care. For two, they create a nice warm atmosphere. Anyone nervous about going to a dispensary after obtaining your approval, go here, you’ll feel right at home. Also a big thanks to Jimmy and Ryan! Those guys are very knowledgeable in this field and they will give it to you straight.

Customer service has been great here. They will gladly replace any cartridges that don’t work or any hardware that breaks on you. if you buy a strain and it doesn’t work for you just bring it back and they will replace with another one. They guided me in the right direction on the strains. I wasn’t sure what would work for me but they set me straight.
The products are top notch. Not a huge variety but it’s the best we can get in FL. The vape cartridges are especially good. The ones I have tried outside of Trulieve aren’t as potent and don’t taste as good. Their flower is great as well. High quality stuff.
They have the best prices I’ve seen in FL dispensaries. Hands down best dispensary.

This location is the BEST dispensary in Tampa. They have strain-specific options which are what I need when finding something for anxiety.
The inside is very nice, and I’ve never waited very long. Parking can be a little bit of an issue, but I just try to go during weekdays before everyone gets off of work. You can also place your order online and pick it up – which is a wonderful option if you are in a hurry.
I recommend talking to the staff. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I prefer the Clearwater location. Tampa is okay, however not really knowledgeable when it comes to strains.
I have been coming to Trulieve since I first got my license at the beginning of the year. My first few visits were at the location in Clearwater, which were fantastic and sold me on the Trulieve brand. That location is great for when I have errands to run on that side of town, so I eventually made my way to this one that is more in my neighborhood. Every visit, I am greeted by the same friendly staff who take the time to get to know you and your preferences. There have been 3 staff members who have consistently helped me and every time I leave learning something new. The staff genuinely care about the patients – every time I’ve been, there is usually someone explaining the process in easy to understand terms to people trying MMJ for a host of ailments for the first time. This place is nothing like the seedy head shop you might be thinking of, and as a woman it has been a great safe place to do my shopping.
