3. Staff member not forthcoming about products. Listed off my dr recommendation and then just looked at me. Extremely limited choices, no popular names, just nasty tasting oils and vapes. No indica vapes. Sativa vapes are meh. Also didn’t bring the vape I asked about, just the pen. When asked where the medicine was she said that I didn’t ask for the medicine.

5. out of all the florida dispenceries these guys have the worst quality products….50mg of their oil doesnt give me the same effect 20mg of trulieves…..i tried their vape cartos and liquid and yea dont waste your money.

6. Wow! Renaming strains for Trademark rights, interesting business plan. Why add so much MCT oil in your carts, poor quality? Why is your product such a dark brown color, poor quality ?

   Fl patients, save your money and look elsewhere. Hopefully we will better standards from Knox in the near future.

9. First visit, got there when they opened. Was second person in, one girl and a training girl helped me. They did a great job, charging my pen as I write.

10. I’m glad they chose a front and center location, like across from city hall. They did a great job fixing up the building and the space is nice inside. Modern and very bright. Perhaps to bright. I think Knox has the best quality cannabis of all the FL dispensaries. I do not recommend going to the dispensary unless you want to wait a very, very long time. If there are 4 people in front of you it will take at least an hour before you go back and then another 20 minutes to get what you want even if you know exactly what you want. Instead just do home delivery. It’s easy, convenient, and free for orders over $100.00. I don’t know why they have cutting agents in their vapes? I’d like to see them get vapes with know cutting agents and it’s time for flower.

12. Little selection high prices and some of there products taste like SHIT! The hours are completely and utterly stupid. They close at 7pm who closes at 7pm when people are getting home from work. You have to ring a bell to get in the front door. I don’t know the reason behind that, it won’t deter a robbery or anything. I think Knox could be better by staying open later and having better selection and products with a great taste. Until then I will go back to the old the way. Less stressful.

13. Nice people long wait. Friendly environment. The product quality isn’t as good as other dispensary. All in all I’m just happy there a place close to home.

14. The CEO is against flower and whole plant medicine so that’s pretty much all you need to know.

15. Over priced rediculously slow and their products are crap. Make sure you test your cartridges before leaving. If they leak, they will exchange it but only after deducting the MGS from your perscription again. So basically I lost 1200mg from my dosage and only paid for 600mg. This place is a rip off. And thwy only offer 20% discount to first time patients. What a waste of time and money.

16. Staff were very knowledgeable and helped me to pick out the strains that would be most beneficial.
    NOTE: I was prescribed cannabis to be delivered sublingually. The “sublingual” medication should really be referred to as oral as it takes 1-3 hours to go through digestion and is basically the same as an edible, so a definite disappointment as I wanted a sublingual that would be absorbed quickly. Going to talk to my doctor about switching to vape method of delivery and try that. *fingers crossed*

17. What an amazing staff! Extremely professional & knowledgeable about the product. Everyone is always so nice & understanding. I always have a wonderful experience every time I am there. The customer service is of the charts!!!

19. I have visited this location twice. My first visit took two hours, and my second visit took twenty minutes. On both visits the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
