Best dispensary in the area.
I’ve tried out most of the local dispensaries; Trulieve, Curaleaf, and Surterra. I prefer the vape cartridges, concentrate, and flower from Trulieve. The stocking situation has gotten better, shatter is hard to get but otherwise I’ve found everything I wanted during my past several visits. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Location is decent. Usually out of stock with the things I want. Staff gave me information that wasn’t right. Luckily I do my own research. Overall average dispensary. Discounts are better at other places too.

Excellent experience on my first visit today. Extremely helpful and enthusiastic young man helped me out patiently, George is the name on the receipt. Loved the atmosphere, service within minutes of getting there. My favorite dispensary of the three, I have visited so far.
Great customer service and very knowledgeable
Another great dispensary in the St. Petersburg area. Staff knows a great deal about products and strains to help me meet my treatment goals. Their menu has a superior variety to other dispensaries I’ve visited in the area, with many products having their strain type listed so customers can research the product beforehand. There were refreshments like coffee, orange juice, flavored danishes available in the lobby for customers, which helped me feel more welcome. However, the space is a little busy and loud depending on when you visit. This wasn’t a huge problem for me; I found it exciting to be around other customers, but just as a heads-up to others who might not appreciate the noise.
Very friendly knowledgeable staff, who will go out of there way to make sure you’re happy with your purchases. Yes, I could seek out new dispensaries for 10% off, but I’ll spend that extra couple bucks to shop Trulieve St. Pete. Also, a shout out to Emily Wood! I’ve learned a lot about mmj through her posts and responses to others.

This was my first visit and Jimmy was amazing. He thoroughly explained different products and was very pleasant. Looking forward to my next visit and trying other products to see what works best for my pain and fatigue.
The lobby was clean and had nice looking furniture but the chairs were not comfortable and I could tell by looking around that the others who were in pain were not comfortable either. Overall I would recommend Trulieve to others.
First time in the shop and the place was mobbed with people. Not a pleasant experience because the entire process felt rushed. May or may not be back.
I think it is great where the location is I just hope that I can get what I’m looking for which is sativa strawberry I heard that it was good and I like what it does with the pain and all the other stuff that it does just tired of hurting thank you

it was nice going in a little busy for just opening in the am but never the less when I got back to the area to buy my meds I told the guy that I only had a little bit of money and he kept trying to get me to buy more and more like I was lying about what I had and we r not on street so stop trying to get me to buy more and he gave me a 15% discount but then didn’t give me the right change back and by the time I noticed what had happened I had already gotten on the bus to go back home great place but dude killed it for that I will not come to that location ever

My experience has been Magnifique.
Terrible customer service, staff not knowledgeable. Treat it like it is recreational not medical. Go to Curaleaf which has better customer service and products
St Petersburg is my favorite location
As a former Seattle patient, I was pleasantly surprised at how well this dispensary was run, especially given all of the ridiculous bureaucratic prohibitions the Republican legislature created.

I decided to stop at the St. Pete location the afternoon of 10/10/17 while passing through town. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly.
While I don’t recall my Patient Consultant’s name, she was very knowledgeable. She explained new strains, answered questions and was engaging.
I’ll revisit this location!
